Special mention for the desserts which managed to move my partner. In addition, the service is provided by a young but very professional team. We will return with pleasure.

24/03/2024: Easily one of the best restaurants I have had in France so far! It was our last night in nice and the manager made an exception to host us and the experience was completely outstanding. We started with the parsley cream soup and the escargots. The parsley soup was light yet flavourful by itself but the depth of the flavours was enhanced by the poached egg. The escargots were presented in a crunchy crust with a garlicky sauce that complemented perfectly in terms of texture and flavour. For the mains we ordered the swordfish, the pork rib and the veal. I tried my friend’s swordfish and the sauce was truly an interesting combination that was zesty and refreshing which worked remarkably well with the swordfish! My friend appreciated the sides a lot. My wife took the veal which was very interesting in terms of flavour but was pretty ok in terms of the palette (as it seemed like an Asian spring roll with beef). For me I took the pork rib which was very well roasted and the cognac sauce was a perfect complement to the pork rib. For the end we finished with the highlight of the meal - the chef’s delirium as commented by everyone else. The chef’s delirium looked very exquisite and the flavours were layered which unfolded as you consume the dish. (This part I leave unexplained to not spoil the surprise). Not so sure I might come to nice again but if I do I will definitely come again! PS: Photos do not do the food justice

28/03/2024: Bacon Burger and fries were very tasty, however both desserts were completely tasteless. Wine is ok. Service was friendly, runs very lean having to serve the whole restaurant alone. Atmosphere is ok nothing special. Good place, not outstanding.

03/04/2024: This is one of the hidden gems of the south of France for people looking for great local food from the region with service that is always welcoming and great smiles - we have been going for years and it has always been great. Wine list is well priced and yet there is something for everyone’s tastes. This is one of the best restaurants that locals only know about… don’t spread the word too much 😜
