09/03/2026: This is the third time I've eaten at Atlas and it's always just as good, the service is attentive.
The lemon chicken tagine was very good, and the chicken pastilla was too. I recommend it, 🙏 for the delicious meal!

18/01/2026: We had a wonderful two-night stay. Everything was perfect: the meals were delicious, prepared with top-quality ingredients—a true pleasure from beginning to end.
A huge thank you to Anne, who welcomed us with extraordinary kindness, always smiling, attentive, and caring. Her hospitality truly made all the difference and made our stay even more enjoyable.

03/03/2026: A fantastic find at Casa Mauricio!
We're not from around here, so stumbling upon a little restaurant like this for our lunch break (we're construction workers in the area) was a real treat.
The welcome was incredibly warm; we immediately felt at ease, like we were at home. And most importantly… the food was delicious! The portions were generous, beautifully prepared, and the quality was definitely there.
Honestly, a very pleasant surprise. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!
26/02/2026: When we're in Ax-les-Thermes, we go to this restaurant where the food is very good, the waitresses are very friendly, and the decor is lovely.
Easy to get to from the Couloubret baths!
