21/09/2024: Staff just not interested, too busy smoking, chatting with her friends and drinking Baileys. Ordered mojito, although on the menu..just non, no alternate cocktail offered. Fries greecy and dry, crique moiseur dry and tasted like something from a microwave. Not good at all!
14/09/2024: Plats basiques pour touristes. Service bien assuré par les serveuse. Patron inexistant et désagréable qui n a pas daigné nous parler. Nous avons tenté de récupérer un livre de randonnée sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle. Malgré lui avoir laissé un petit mot sympathique sous la porte du restaurant, et avoir téléphoné trois fois, il n’a jamais dénié nous rappeler nous répondre et au mieux nous renvoyer le livre qui nous a fait défaut pendant les 15 jours de pèlerinage.
Je déconseille bien sûr à tous les pèlerins de passage à Carcassonne.

31/12/2024: Flee this tourist trap. I'm not in the habit of posting reviews like this but really both the quality/service and the meal really leave something to be desired. No consideration of customer comments.

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.
31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

Je me suis régalé, les burger sont à tomber, les frites sont excellentes.
Le service est fait avec le sourire.
27/08/2024: Excellent restaurant. Nous avons super bien mangé. Plat copieux et avec des produits de qualités. Personnel souriant et très gentil. Je recommande à 100%.

20/08/2024: Très beau cadre en bord de mer, les choix à la cartes sont variés. Pour notre part, les burgers sont bons et le service est rapide.
17/08/2024: Très bonne ambiance tout et fait maison très bon et les prix rester abordable je le recommande et le cadre et très jolie possibilité de reste sur les transats apres un bon repas

04/08/2024: The man at the reception is very polite and welcoming but the manager is very unpleasant and impatient, so I understand why there were no customers when I arrived.
Very limited menu choice.
I advise against !

No wonder there are no customers!
