17/08/2026: A unique and very pleasant place. The meal and service were excellent, the setting ideal and peaceful. My only regret was that the online advertisement (ANCV website) stated they accepted holiday vouchers, but they weren't accepted on site. No big deal, though, we had a wonderful time!

18/08/2026: A pleasant, shady spot with plenty of picnic tables and bins to keep things clean. Swimming is supervised in the Cesse River. Toilets are also available and always well-maintained. A wonderful find!

22/08/2026: Great experience! I had the classic burger and it was really good—tasty, well prepared, and exactly what I was looking for. The location is also beautiful, and the service was very fast. We were welcomed by a tattooed waiter whose name we unfortunately don’t remember, but he was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. He also gave us lots of great recommendations for tourist attractions and places to visit, which was really appreciated. I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a very welcoming and family-friendly place with great service, a lovely atmosphere, and delicious food. We had a wonderful time!

Add to that the fact that you'll always be guided through your choices, as the team takes pleasure in advising you. The setting: it's simple. Whether you walk there from the city center (10 minutes...) along the quays for a bucolic, almost pastoral stroll, or drive there (5 minutes...) to be practically immersed in the countryside, the change of scenery is complete. A moment outside of time. A Sunday in the country. Almost like a picnic by the water. All in a magnificent setting that immediately puts you in a state of total relaxation. The city, so close, is completely absent. In 10 minutes, you're somewhere else entirely. All that remains is the water, the birds, the trees, the sun, sometimes the wind, often the ducks. You are warmly welcomed. You are comfortably seated (it's a small thing, a silly detail, but so important...). You are well seated. You are well served. And it must be emphasized that, wherever you are seated—on the terrace by the lock, the canal, and the mill, in the veranda, or inside—you always enjoy a rare privilege these days: the space is not noisy. You can hear each other speak at your table, and at the same time, each table remains private, meaning that the neighboring table cannot hear what is being said at yours. It is very relaxing. You don't just come here to eat; you come here to experience and share a moment. With great simplicity. I don't know of any other place in Narbonne so carefully preserved, so attentive to your palate and your shared experience of the pleasure of dining.

For starters, we shared the cuttlefish with chorizo, followed by mussels and fries with cream and chorizo ​​for our main course. The mussels were delicious, the cream sauce perfectly coated, and the fries homemade: a real treat! I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is lovely and truly attentive to their customers. We had a fantastic time! 😊

The sandwich was fresh, the bread was good, and the filling was generous with real raw vegetables. It's so rare to find a sandwich that's so delicious. My wife's panini was also very good. Finally, the warm welcome and friendly service will make you a regular. A place to share! 🥰
