29/07/2026: An excellent restaurant that we always return to with pleasure. The service is impeccable, the food delicious, and the atmosphere very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. If you have to wait, enjoy the waterfront terrace and savor an aperitif: a magnificent setting that sets the tone for the evening.
26/07/2026: Basically, it started raining while we were inside, having just ordered crepes and drinks for dinner (2 adults, 2 children aged 5 and 3, and a dog).
A waitress told us that her boss was asking us to leave because he needed to seat his customers who were eating in the restaurant area inside.
I confronted the supposed owner. He told me to understand the situation. Why didn't he just throw us out?!? And then he left…
We had been there before and were satisfied. We won't be back.
His dining room is large; he could have found other options.
My response to this gentleman:
So there were four of us, not two.
We had been outside for 10 minutes before the rain.
We were seated inside at your LARGE table when it started to drizzle. Or you could have seated other people with us…
Please refrain from lying. I told my children that this wasn't right. You must have missed that step. If you're unsure of the exact details, please find out beforehand.

22/07/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The meal was very good, and the staff were young, dynamic, and absolutely charming. The waiter who looked after us was particularly attentive to my 90-year-old parents. I thank him for that.
20/07/2026: We came to this restaurant on a recommendation. I chose a burger and I wasn't disappointed at all: it was generous, well-prepared, and very tasty. I left completely satisfied.
However, my friends, who had ordered mussels and a fish dish, were much less impressed. They found these dishes lacked flavor, which is a shame.
Overall, my personal experience remains very positive thanks to my meal and the pleasant atmosphere. I simply hope that the other dishes will live up to expectations on a future visit.

29/07/2026: Worst restaurant in Gruissan. If you're planning to eat there, don't even think about it. Unpleasant owner, rude waiter, an hour to prepare two mussels... In short, McDonald's is better.

A jazz evening in a bucolic setting by the canal.
A very close-knit, cheerful team, attentive and caring. A breath of fresh air that's a welcome change in the world.
As for the food, fresh, well-prepared ingredients, generous portions, and beautifully presented dishes.
In short, a wonderful discovery! 🤗

14/05/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience. The fries weren't even cooked: white, soggy, and tasteless. The waiter was completely absent and unresponsive. The meat was full of fat, almost inedible. Even the water had a strange, very unsettling taste.
The worst part was the hygiene: I found a shrimp antenna and a hair in my food. This is unacceptable in a restaurant. Clearly, the hygiene is lacking, and it completely ruins your appetite.
I absolutely do not recommend this place. Very disappointed by the quality of the food and the lack of professionalism of the service.

27/07/2026: A truly lovely team, always smiling, always a kind word. The sea view is a nice bonus. In the evening, the bar lights up with all its garlands, allowing patrons to enjoy various forms of entertainment in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team!
26/07/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance in the pouring rain and received a warm welcome. The young woman who seated us went out of her way to make us comfortable. The menu is simple but effective. The presentation was lovely. The waitress was delightful. We will gladly return.

18/06/2026: A small but beautifully decorated restaurant that deserves to be more popular and better known in Carcassonne. Authentic Moroccan cuisine, delicious and very reasonably priced. The welcome and service were also impeccable, pleasant, polite, and discreet. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the portions are a little small, at least for the tagines. We would have liked a larger plate. Nevertheless, we will gladly return, also to try the appetizers that looked so tempting! Thank you to Les Délices de Tétouan.
31/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant, which is unfortunately located on a quiet street. I'm a regular customer, and what I can say is that the food is excellent, very generous, and the service is welcoming… as a couscous and tagine enthusiast… I highly recommend this restaurant.

25/04/2026: A shame. Beautiful place, very disappointing experience.
I came for the views, and the location is spectacular, like a painting. The waiters were very friendly and attractive, and the service was attentive. That's where the good points ended.
The food was very disappointing: mussels were practically empty, the seafood was low quality except for the oysters, which were decent. The crab was overcooked and cold. The side dishes were meager and uninspired. All the dishes were cold.
The worst part: they allow dogs in the dining room, and it was uncomfortable. We heard barking throughout the entire meal. It completely ruined the atmosphere.
It creates false expectations. Such a beautiful place deserves a kitchen to match. For now, I won't be back.
Pros: Beautiful location, views, good service
Cons: Cold food, poor seafood, empty mussels, constant barking

19/10/2025: Visit in October 2025, Sunday lunchtime
Unlike our previous meal a year earlier, this experience was a complete disaster! We arrived around 1 p.m. It was fairly busy, but not crowded; some tables were empty. We left at 3:30 p.m., having only eaten one course.
The dishes were brought out sporadically, with more than half an hour between the first and last person (there were seven of us, not a very large group). We only received one carafe of water for the entire meal; we had to ask several times for bread and napkins.
The dishes were decent, but almost cold; the kitchen staff must have been rushing, so the servers were inadequate.
My seafood platter didn't have toothpicks for the whelks or finger bowls, but oh well, no big deal.
One person had a set menu with dessert included, and even though it was a long wait, we were planning to have dessert too. They offered him an apple or a yogurt! I've never seen anything like it... We didn't order coffee or dessert, we just went to pay for our meals.
At the register, the person apologized again for the last course arriving very late, but there was no gesture of goodwill, no discount, not even a free coffee...
First review from October 2024: Good meal, friendly and smiling staff, fast service. The duck breast was cooked perfectly. Generous and well-presented salads. Terrace overlooking the sea. The tiramisu was a bit small; for €8, we expected better.
15/10/2025: Small, unpretentious beach bar/restaurant. Terrace facing the sea. Nice for a short break after a walk.

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.
31/08/2024: Très bon rapport qualité-prix, personnel souriant et agréable, service rapide et efficace.
La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.
