17/07/2026: So I ate at Le Cèdre on Thursday evening, it was truly magnificent, the food was excellent, it was super delicious. I highly recommend that anyone coming to Rodez eat at Le Cèdre. And the service was great!

27/06/2026: We were all very sick (group of 15 people). The restaurant owner failed to honor their promise of compensation. I strongly advise against going there.
21/06/2026: Passing through Aveyron, we chose this restaurant.
The waiter was very welcoming and attentive, and we ate on the terrace.
We ordered a tagine and a couscous with lamb skewers, both excellent.
The couscous, the meat and vegetables, as well as the sauce, were very good, especially considering my own background in the Middle East.
A must-try.
