30/12/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this was something else... Upon arrival, we were seated and immediately asked what we wanted to eat. We thought we'd have an aperitif, but then we waited half an hour for a Jack Daniel's, which wasn't actually Jack Daniel's. The waiter told us, "We went to get some..." Anyway, the gardianne (a type of beef stew) was very good, but we had to ask to be served again because they kept forgetting about us. One of the waiters, who had a rather peculiar odor, kept saying, "I'll be back..." Yeah, but when? Luckily, another waiter was friendly. And to top it all off, they charged us for a Jack Daniel's that wasn't Jack Daniel's at all, but just plain whiskey, at a price higher than the one listed on the menu. Luckily, we were on vacation, so we remained calm, but we won't be returning to this place.

23/11/2025: Very disappointing. First of all, what's advertised outside doesn't match what's actually served. For example, they attract customers with a reasonable menu, clams... but once you're seated, there's no menu, no clams, and only a choice of four dishes... so 1) you have to advertise what you serve, it's the law, and 2) the food is very average, the paella wasn't hot, and the mussels were just so-so. Avoid it, like many restaurants in Les Saintes that charge exorbitant prices for very mediocre quality and service.

15/11/2025: A very good restaurant. The waitress, who is also the owner, is very kind and attentive. The menu is varied, and the bull meat is local and very good. The covered and heated terrace is lovely during this winter period and is very well decorated; it's a very pleasant place to be. The owner, who works alone in the kitchen, manages the orders very well, and all our dishes were very good and generous. The only negative point was the "Coupe Liégeois," which contained no coffee but only scoops of ice cream; it was more of an ice cream sundae than a true Liège coffee. We had a really good time with the owner and chatted about local traditions. I recommend making a reservation. We will be back, The Alsatians 🥨
