07/08/2026: A small, unpretentious restaurant where you can enjoy well-prepared dishes; the staff is very pleasant…they were very attentive when I was in a rather uncomfortable situation…thank you!

30/07/2026: Everything I love! Delicious Lebanese food, the waitress took the time to explain everything to me since I wasn't familiar with it 😊 The staff is incredibly attentive. And, a real bonus during the heatwave, their ceiling fans keep the dining room pleasantly cool despite the outside heat. In short: I'll be back!

26/08/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with our experience. The two waiters were really unhelpful and rather unpleasant. We were told we each had to order a set menu, even though I wasn't hungry and had mainly come to accompany my sister. As a result, we couldn't even eat in. So we ordered takeout, and when it came time to pay, they quoted us the price without applying the 10% takeout discount that was clearly displayed on their sign. When we pointed this out, each waiter gave us a different explanation… not very professional. To be honest, I don't recommend it. If you want couscous, El Koutoubia is far superior in my opinion, both in terms of service and overall experience. Very disappointed with L’Étoile du Maroc.

29/05/2026: Very disappointed by the quality of the couscous compared to what I knew before the renovations; the meat was cold and the vegetables unappetizing.

04/09/2026: We know this couscous very well, and frankly, it's always so, so good! 😋 So yes, a few things have changed slightly lately… but nothing to stop us from coming back: the food is great, the welcome is always warm, and most importantly… we leave with full bellies! 😂 And seeing how many local business owners come to eat here, I think they've struck gold… especially when their customers are paying the bill! 🤣🤣 Bon appétit to them! 😂 Anyway, all joking aside: I recommend this restaurant 100%! 👌🔥

23/08/2026: The takeaway couscous was really not great. The lamb made us sick, and the dogs too.

08/09/2026: I had a wonderful dinner with my father and brother. The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. It was the first time I'd ever eaten real couscous, and the fine semolina was the best I've ever had. Apparently, my father and brother already came once a year; I'll definitely be joining them and coming back to eat here. I highly recommend it!
