30/12/2025: We had a wonderful lunch here. Service was excellent and attentive, the food was delicious, well cooked and well presented. We both choose from the set menu at €20.90 for 2 courses or 3 courses for €24.90 which was excellent value. The fish of the day in saffron sauce was cooked beautifully and the toasted cheese with honey and almond was great. Oysters were succulent as were the mussels. We shared the Ile Flottante with is light and fluffy meringue. We did not book, and were lucky to get a table, would strongly recommend you book in advance.

07/05/2026: A couscous dinner in a setting with slightly worn drapes, but a pleasant atmosphere. A generous portion of excellent meat (imperial couscous), but the kefta were a bit dry. A lovely time for two, thanks also to the kindness of the owner/waiter. Just like in Morocco!

22/03/2026: I'm sorry, but after several years of coming to this restaurant, this time was a huge disappointment. A tagine served on a simple plate, not in a terracotta dish, was inevitably cold, even after sending it back to be reheated. If there are no more tagine dishes available, they should say so beforehand and offer something else. So, we might go to Biarritz next time, where the whole team has moved, but never again to Concarneau.
