18/04/2026: A fantastic spot for couscous lovers! A truly beautiful Tunisian restaurant, ideal for those seeking a refined and generous couscous. A warm welcome, attentive service, and flavorful Tunisian cuisine. Special mention goes to the lamb shoulder: slow-cooked and perfectly executed, meltingly tender, perfectly seasoned, and served with light semolina and beautifully simmered vegetables. A harmonious, authentic, and particularly delicious combination. The portions are generous, the flavors authentic, and you can taste the care taken with every detail. We left delighted—I highly recommend it and will definitely return! We had a wonderful time at Le Ryad restaurant where we enjoyed three delicious Marrakech couscous dishes. The couscous was generous, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The rosé wine was delicious and paired wonderfully with the couscous. The attentive waitress and the kind owner truly made our experience memorable. We will definitely come back!
