16/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, very generous portions, the dishes are piping hot and delicious. The welcome is warm. The decor and music make you feel like you're in Morocco. I highly recommend it.
14/06/2026: We spontaneously decided to go out as a couple and it was a wonderful evening. The service was superb, the food excellent. The portions were very generous, the couscous was enormous. But most importantly, it was so delicious!!! There was even belly dancing. It couldn't have been better for us.

25/06/2026: Phenomenal food and service. We decided about halfway through our meal that we were going to try to make a film screening in utopia afterwards. We had ordered the meal for 2 and were still entitled to desserts so they even parcelled them to-go for us. Really kind people and incredible food. Restaurant atmosphere is lovely too. Cannot speak highly enough of this place.
25/06/2026: The food was absolutely delicious; we had the set menu for two, and for dessert, we had the orange blossom pudding and the cold chocolate with whipped cream.
The portions were also fantastic; we were completely full and couldn't even finish everything.

The beef skewer was overcooked.
I'd been here before and hadn't had this disappointment. Also, check your flyer because your prices are different on the menu; the flyer must be from last year.

01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The owner, always smiling and attentive, did everything she could to ensure her customers had a pleasant experience.
I had the pleasure of trying the house specialty, the royal couscous, and it was a resounding success. The semolina was fine, light, and perfectly prepared, without any excess oil. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the expertly seasoned sauce added a wonderful depth of flavor. As for the meats, they were simply delicious, generous portions, and bursting with flavor.
I came on a recommendation, and I absolutely do not regret my choice; quite the opposite. If you are looking for a delightful culinary experience and a convivial atmosphere, I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

15/06/2026: We arrived a little late for a weekend meal because we thought this restaurant served Thai food, as indicated on the Google listing.
When we arrived, the owner was sitting outside with friends. We went in and asked if we could eat. The owner, visibly annoyed, told us that they now only served Thai tapas, without giving any further explanation… we understood that we were intruding.
He then went back to his drink.
Completely bizarre, considering the restaurant was completely empty. We would have gladly eaten, but it would have taken more courtesy and a friendly attitude.
29/05/2026: Very pleasant atmosphere, warm and friendly welcome, beautifully presented platters, a unique setting, air-conditioned dining room and very good tapas, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

10/05/2026: I ate a real homemade Moroccan couscous with fresh vegetables. I recommend this restaurant.
09/05/2026: Found this place on Google which said it was open until 5pm, arrived at 3pm and the doors were wide open so we walked in to order.. we were greeted in the most rudest manner 'why are you here' 'what do you want', I tried to expla the misunderstanding and that we'd driven 15 mins on purpose but the woman, who was clearly overwhelmed by the fact that we had even dared to walk in, showed us the a sign on the door and shouted 'were closed, obviously I do not serve food after 2pm'.
Terrible attitude towards clients, quite shameful...

05/12/2025: Your restaurant is good. It's a shame the website says it's open when it's almost never open except for a few days, and even then it's rare. They just need to change the area where it says it's open. On the internet, they should say it's closed.
15/11/2025: From the very first minute, we felt incredibly comfortable here. The staff is unbelievably friendly, attentive, and efficient. You truly feel welcome and valued as a guest.
But most importantly: the food was absolutely delicious! We enjoyed a variety of Italian specialties, and everything—from the appetizers to the pizza and pasta—was freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. A true Italian culinary delight that leaves you wanting more.
In short:
"Il Giardino" is the perfect combination of authentically good food and wonderfully friendly service. If you're in Lège-Cap-Ferret and craving Italian cuisine, you absolutely must eat here!
Highly recommended and a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars! 🇮🇹💖

20/08/2024: Nous n'étions pas revenus depuis longtemps dans ce lieu qui à deux reprises nous avait laissés un très bon souvenir.
Cette fois-ci, petite déception.
Les tarifs ont augmenté (comme partout), mais cela reste compétitif.
Le menu enfant est généreux (attention, les merguez seront peut être un peu épicées pour vos enfants, à garder en tête).
La semoule et les légumes sont à volonté, sur les formules avec couscous.
Malheureusement, la viande était plutôt froide, les merguez pas assez cuites et froides, les légumes étaient plutôt rares dans le bouillon, avec surtout...des carottes (un peu de navets, et très peu de courgettes). Bouillon plutôt gras et que nous n'avons pas trouvé particulièrement gouteux.
Même la semoule n'était pas au top.
On ne peut pas dire qu'on a très mal mangé, mais la viande froide et les merguez pas assez cuites (que ce soit les nôtres ou celles des enfants), ce n'est pas génial.
Bref, la repas, n'était pas du tout au même niveau que les fois précédentes, espérons que ce n'était qu'un loupé ponctuel.
Service aimable et efficace.

Le couscous Marrakech et la tajine fantasia sont vraiment très bons et surtout très copieux.
Chapeau d'ailleurs à ceux qui terminent les plats.
