Les meilleurs restaurantsde cuisine méditerranéenne en Haute-Corse

17/11/2023: We hebben 1 november jl een huisje op de camping gereserveerd. Een week later bleek toch dat we niet op deze datum vrij konden krijgen. We hebben ruim €1000,- aanbetaald voor een vakantie in augustus 2024. We kregen niets hiervan terug, terwijl het pas over 3/4 jaar is en het huisje zeer waarschijnlijk dezelfde dag weer opnieuw verhuurd is. Dit vind ik echt associaal. De camping en ook het restaurant horen bij een grote keten campings waar ,denk ik, een zakenman aan het hoofd staat. Je kunt ze niet eens bellen en je krijgt een standaard mail terug. Wij verhuren zelf in Nederland ook vakantiehuisjes en wij doen nooit moeilijk als een langere tijd vsn tevoren geannuleerd wordt. De klant is dan blij en komt weer terug. Ons zien ze niet meer terug en verliezen daarmee ook een vast klant in hun restaurant.

30/09/2023: Great restaurant, unfortunately we were too late for the main courses from the grill. But I'm sure good local food is served here. Plus delicious drinks. High price. The restaurant received a Michelin award in 2021. Great ambience. Gladly again

14/11/2023: The servers are so friendly and charming. In addition, the cocktails and gourmet desserts are highly recommended. The music and the general atmosphere make visiting Corsica so wonderful. The best evening of the whole vacation was the one we stayed at La Licorne!

10/10/2023: We followed the existing recommendations and took half an hour to get there. Since the menu is also available in German, there are numerous German guests. Well, it's very warm, but I don't think it has to be something similar to swimming trunks in combination with the tank top when visiting a restaurant for dinner (unfortunately other German guests showed up like that). It is also a question of respect for the host. We welcome you with a lovely rosè, very tasty. My wild boar goulash was absolutely tender and delicious, unfortunately there was a bit of salad missing and it only comes with fries, which I don't think is perfect. The duck breast, which my husband opted for, was a little overdone, but with a first-class sauce. The friendly house dog greets and inspects the guests, then discreetly withdraws. Nobody has to be afraid.

12/10/2023: I was lured by the good reviews and was more than just bitterly disappointed. So much so that you almost had to be angry with the other reviewers. Corsican spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti lukewarm and dry, Mettbällchen (no joke) ice cold and (really no joke) still frozen at the core (!). An ice cube that tasted like raw meat wasn't necessarily the taste experience I wanted. You probably warmed both up temporarily in the microwave. When the ice cream in the balls finally started to melt, the Mettballchen became one liverwurst-like disaster. I almost vomited. To make matters worse, the boss was also unusually pushy and tended to not really be able to see the boundaries of strangers. Extremely uncomfortable. I felt incredibly sorry for a German family at the next table who was completely irritated by this and who barely knew how to deal with it. If in doubt, it's better to visit the other restaurants - or go hungry and wait until the next day if you can't find anything late in the evening. You'll thank me.

30/03/2024: Very nice surprise Chous by chance, this restaurant delighted us with its flavors and the originality of its dishes. Very different flavors than the average other restaurant and an original presentation. And the icing on the cake, personalized and tasty sweets I recommend

07/10/2023: Very good restaurant in the center of the village. Fresh products well cooked, well spiced, very tasty. The wines are very well selected. The desserts are excellent, the baba au rhum delicious...small B mol, smoky terrace, not great during the meal!
