18/09/2023: We have been coming to this restaurant for years.
The positive points: A chef, Stéphane, perfect with extremely delicious cuisine and magnificent dishes.
A waitress, Johanna, adorable, who knows her job very well. A real pleasure to have met him this year...
Negative points: Too bad the restaurant closes before the end of the month (which would have allowed us to come back before the end of our vacation).
Unmaintained exteriors, which does not make you want to stop despite the succulent cuisine.

14/12/2023: First of all I wanted to thank the hotel staff but especially the restaurant staff who are incredible, golden people, I had a wonderful week. Mirta, Guy and the chef are fantastic, go there with your eyes closed, he gives good advice, they are attentive. At the bar there is a choice of rum that you will not find everywhere Mirta and Guy are passionate and will pass on their knowledge of wine, rum, beer and island products to you.
Thanks also to the person at Aleria! What I encountered was great

24/11/2023: Un super hôtel , d'une propreté exemplaire , la dame de la réception d'une grande gentillesse et politesse , ainsi que le monsieur du matin , le restaurant au top et succulent sont les plats.
Le petit déjeuner est plus qu'appétissant .... Un vrai régal !!

07/10/2023: We received a very friendly welcome and were given a table in the front row with a wonderful view of the beautiful harbor. The food was very tasty. My Filet de Saint Pierre with the anise seeds was to die for. The charcuterie was also wonderful. We also drank a Pieretti Rosé. Highly recommended!

29/09/2023: Beautiful setting and relaxing atmosphere to watch the sunset. Service and staff 5star. Food did not impressed or deliver on taste and creativity, just like almost every other restaurant in Corsica but not as much as the next door neighbours.
22/09/2023: Second visit for my part and still as efficient and very good. The frame is just incredible, surely one of the most beautiful I have made. The food is very good, the cocktails too and the service is very pleasant.
I recommend without problem.

Coffees were offered to us!
07/10/2023: Very good restaurant in the center of the village. Fresh products well cooked, well spiced, very tasty. The wines are very well selected. The desserts are excellent, the baba au rhum delicious...small B mol, smoky terrace, not great during the meal!

30/08/2023: Best Burger I’ve had in a while. ( and I am very picky with burgers )
Meat was very tasty. Cooked well done but still juicy. A delicious bun accompanied with a light mustard sauce and fresh salad made it perfect! Lots of crispy fries come as a side. The service and atmosphere really good as well!
Definitely worth 5 stars.

13/12/2023: Beware of scam on Booking!!!
The hotel is closed in December but Booking still offers reservations. After having booked and paid, I found myself in front of the closed hotel on December 11 at the end of the afternoon (i.e. at night). I have tried to call both the landline and the cell phone indicated numerous times. No one answered or called me back.
I had to find a plan B at the last minute in Serriera at the Gite d'Etape l'Alivi which is very serious.
Flee the Filosorma in winter!!!!
I made a complaint to Booking hoping to be reimbursed and compensated. It's a shame !!!!
Fortunately I was alone and in a car, imagine if I had arrived on foot or by taxi or if I had reduced mobility...
