What can I say? I've rarely tasted such good Tunisian food, honestly. Without exaggeration, it's the best Tunisian food in Paris, and I've been to a lot of Tunisian restaurants. It's just like home: chorba, octopus stew, brik, fricasse, etc. Today I ordered the set menu as usual and got Djerbian rice—it was excellent! I recommend it 10,000%!

07/03/2026: Chez Madeleine holds its own against the best Lebanese restaurants in capital cities like Paris or London. Everything is fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The service is attentive and professional. And the cherry on top: Madeleine makes the rounds of the tables after service. We love it!

24/03/2026: Very disappointed with the quality. The chicken pastilla had no almonds, no cinnamon, no orange blossom water, no coriander… just chicken and onions in filo pastry. See the photos below.
When I called the restaurant, they said they don't put almonds in their pastilla.
You can eat a real pastilla anywhere in Paris except at this place!

20/02/2026: This Lebanese caterer has absolutely nothing in common with Lebanese cuisine, neither in taste nor flavor! Everything is dry and tasteless; I don't think it's homemade. I barely took one bite of the mezze and my stomach ached because it was so hard!
