05/04/2026: Great service and lovely place, unfortunately extremely disappointed. All the dishes offered are €5 more expensive in-store than on the website menu. The egg meurette (€20) was uninteresting: three mushrooms barely hanging on, the bacon was all fat with no meat, and the egg was fine, of course. The starter was mostly filled with pearl onions, and I was far from convinced by the main course.
In short, two starters, one main course, one dessert, and three drinks cost €120.

25/03/2026: Over time, the pleasure of dining at Bistro d’Hervé remains undiminished. Everything is of high quality: the dishes are flavorful and sophisticated with elegant presentation, the setting is delightful, and the service is both attentive and warm.
It's always a truly enjoyable experience, whether dining as a couple or with friends.

05/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance the first time, and the flavors and quality of the food won us over!
After trying a few restaurants on the beach and in the port, Le Grand Bleu is undoubtedly the best we've tasted! The service was superb at every meal (and yes, we went back every day afterward and tried almost everything on the menu), the quality and freshness of the ingredients—it was all there!
If you're looking for seafood, this is definitely the place to go in Cap d'Agde!

23/02/2026: A good atmosphere, but the food needs improvement.
15/02/2026: For our first time, it was a very good Valentine's Day evening. The dinner was excellent and the DJ was fantastic; he kept us dancing all night with a great selection of music. We will definitely come back. The only slight downside was that the wine was a bit expensive.

23/09/2024: I'm not used to gourmet restaurants and I was afraid of a stiff atmosphere. Well it's very friendly and with a great attitude. Of the 15 dishes offered, only two did not keep their promise but remained excellent. One with eggplant where the very light taste was not detectable but we had the texture and the one with fir where there was only bitterness but not the bouquet 😉. Otherwise everything else was perfect and the work and quality of the products were fabulous. Thank you again for this delicious evening.
