20/09/2024: While in Montpellier for a few hours, we discovered Anga via the Michelin website and decided the day before our visit to reserve a table for lunch there.
The experience was truly flawless from start to finish, from the room, to the service and of course the kitchen... everything was impeccable. Excellent products offered with technique and a very beautiful finish on the plate, you will have something for your taste buds I assure you. Served in the dining room by Valentin and his good humor, he took great care throughout the lunch in addition to providing very good advice on wine. The concept of the restaurant with a local and environmentally conscious approach is also a real plus which allows it to stand out. All with excellent value for money. I can only recommend this address if you want to get away from it all for a moment.
18/09/2024: Everything was perfect, both the dishes were delicious and very original, the wine matched perfectly, and the service was impeccable and very friendly, we were given perfect details of the different flavors. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, exactly what you need to enjoy the different dishes. A great time.

01/11/2025: Very disappointed. I used to come here regularly, but the quality of the food has really gone downhill. There was practically nothing on my plate. I ordered cuttlefish (supions), and I had to search for the few pieces I could find, along with two small potatoes cut into quarters and a sour tomato sauce. Not great. For dessert, I had a tiramisu. Meh! Runny and tasteless. It's a shame, it used to be very good. I won't be going back.

03/01/2026: I came for a crepe and tea with my wife. The table was dirty, and the waitress put everything on it without even cleaning it.
The waiter didn't even know what kind of tea or herbal infusion he had. The music was loud, the waiter was smoking an e-cigarette, and the young woman preparing my crepe ran her hand through her hair before taking a handful of the (pre-cooked) crepe to reheat it.
In short, avoid this place.

Hindu waiter (raj koothrappali) removed a table from us to give it to other people even though we had reserved a table of 5 without even asking our permission even though we had not finished eating.
Plus the meal was cold
I do not recommend this restaurant too bad for the people who welcomed and the waitress who was friendly

24/09/2024: A magnificent setting and property, we walked in the gardens before eating and it was very pleasant. We don't feel like we're in Montpellier. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The dishes were excellent, very well presented... There is a shop where you can buy castle wines and local products. We will come back to visit the castle and taste these excellent dishes again. I recommend this address.

16/01/2026: A very bad experience. I strongly advise against this establishment. During my meal, I found pieces of plastic inside my dish. Despite reporting it to the staff, I was charged for the meal without any serious apology.
Even worse: a few hours after the meal, I experienced abdominal pain followed by vomiting. This is a blatant lack of hygiene and food safety.

16/08/2024: Deuxième fois dans ce restaurant et on y reviendra encore, tous les plats étaient succulents (couteaux, sardines grillées à la plancha et un tartare de bœuf. Pour finir, nous avons choisi la tatin aux abricots, une tuerie.
La serveuse est adorable et pro.
25/07/2024: Hors de prix. 31 euros pour 2 spritz légers, taille normal et 2 softs. Une addition digne de la place du Tertre!!! Abusé !! Allez à côté
