L'Almandin
Saint-Cyprien
28/12/2025: As always: the best from the entrance,- service, cocktails, divine food and ambience thanks to all the staff who make it the most wonderful and personal experience all year round!
21/12/2025: We had the pleasure of discovering L’Almandin through its Market Menu and Vegetarian Menu, and the experience was simply remarkable.
On the palate, each dish is a demonstration of precision and sensitivity. The cooking is impeccable, the combinations clear and bold, allowing the ingredients to express themselves without ever masking them. The Market Menu elevates local produce with extreme finesse, where each flavor naturally finds its place. The revelation was the vegetarian menu. Rarely have vegetables been treated with such nobility. A menu conceived, constructed, and executed as a work of art in its own right, not as an alternative. The service, for its part, mirrors the cuisine: precise, elegant, with constant attention without ever being intrusive, offering sound advice and perfect timing. One feels accompanied, listened to, and respected throughout the meal.
An unmissable address, which one leaves with the definite desire to return, and a special mention for the excellence and boldness of its vegetarian cuisine.

Le Chalut
Saint-Cyprien
30/06/2025: Impromptu meal, excellent pizzas, no waiting, very friendly staff, very reasonable prices
27/06/2025: Very disappointed, very mediocre restaurant, the service needs to be reviewed, I was served 15 minutes after my partner, so when I received my meal he had already practically finished his. In addition, the burger was not very good!

Le Maillol Café
Saint-Cyprien
20/01/2026: Fantastic restaurant with breathtaking sea views, excellent value for money, I highly recommend it.
02/01/2026: This bar was astonishing! This morning, on the terrace, we replaced two tourists who had ordered two freshly squeezed orange juices. The receipt was on the table: 2 x 4 = €8. We also ordered two freshly squeezed orange juices, and when it came time to pay, I asked the waiter, handing him a €10 note, "How much do I owe you?" Seeing my cash and not having given him a receipt, the waiter replied, "€9."... It was infuriating, and I preferred to say nothing! Tourists are known for complaining, everyone knows that.
The person at the next table, with whom we chatted, made the same comment about their coffees, paid for in cash without a receipt! They were so expensive!
A word to the wise! This bar is a tourist trap, definitely one to avoid! The waiter, a small man in his sixties (perhaps the owner), will surely recognize himself!
