21/12/2025: We had the pleasure of discovering L’Almandin through its Market Menu and Vegetarian Menu, and the experience was simply remarkable. On the palate, each dish is a demonstration of precision and sensitivity. The cooking is impeccable, the combinations clear and bold, allowing the ingredients to express themselves without ever masking them. The Market Menu elevates local produce with extreme finesse, where each flavor naturally finds its place. The revelation was the vegetarian menu. Rarely have vegetables been treated with such nobility. A menu conceived, constructed, and executed as a work of art in its own right, not as an alternative. The service, for its part, mirrors the cuisine: precise, elegant, with constant attention without ever being intrusive, offering sound advice and perfect timing. One feels accompanied, listened to, and respected throughout the meal.
