15/03/2026: Meh, nothing special to say. Pay attention to the menu: they advertise a duck breast, but it's only half a duck breast, please clarify. The profiteroles were frozen for that price. Anyway, you can't have top quality and fresh ingredients.

01/04/2026: We had a delightful and warm experience at this superb restaurant, which exceeded all our expectations. The service was attentive, relaxed, and highly professional. On the plate, we applauded the chef's originality, showcasing seasonal cuisine that was honest and undeniably flavorful! Everything was perfectly balanced, straightforward, vibrant, and intense. From appetizer to dessert, balance seemed to be the guiding principle. The wines from the various estates of Maison Cazes catered to all tastes, with two affordable food and wine pairings. Finally, the prices are reasonable considering the effort put into the experience. The chef changes the menu every two weeks, and at these prices, why not indulge? Bravo, and thank you!

22/02/2026: Probably because the burgers are very good, and take a long time to make. But it's a shame they advertise closing time as 3:00 PM when the waiter told me they couldn't serve me at 2:10 PM because they had stopped serving.

13/04/2026: A very warm welcome and excellent cuisine await you at this restaurant, located slightly off the beaten path in Collioure, but well worth the trip. They offer a lovely cocktail and wine list, some very well-executed "classic" tapas, and others that are quite original and delicious. In short, a restaurant you absolutely must discover! 😋

10/04/2026: A truly excellent find. Nestled between land and sea, this restaurant, just two streets from the beach, offers haute couture tapas in a warm and inviting setting. Each dish is a work of art, a nod to the Fauvist style that has permeated this coastal village for so many years. The flavor combinations will delight your palate; some classic Catalan recipes are beautifully revisited, such as the crema catalana prepared like an espuma. The service is also top-notch! So, take our advice: enjoy a gastronomic break at Restaurant Vermeil and then head straight to the seafront.

12/04/2026: A very good experience at La Siesta, friendly welcome and excellent service, with very good wine recommendations. The squid ink arroz was truly amazing and delicious, a perfect match for the wine. The bill was a little high, but justified, no complaints. Overall, a fantastic experience!

12/03/2026: Nice little restaurant. The welcome is warm and friendly 😃. Just a heads-up: the duck wasn't tender enough for me, and the cauliflower wasn't cooked enough. My friend who was with me said the starter was meltingly tender, the main course the chicken was excellent, and the dessert was also excellent. The white beer was excellent too. In any case, I recommend it.

25/02/2026: A very pleasant experience. The set menu is good value for 25 euros: starter, main course, dessert. The service and atmosphere were very friendly, and the unique decor of the place is very nice. Perhaps a vegetarian option on the menu would be a good idea. We'll be back.

06/04/2026: Avoid at all costs! The service was incredibly slow, over an hour between courses. The food was tasteless, the fish was bland, and the mussels with aioli were a complete disaster. Seriously, don't go! €45 for a drink, a starter, and a main course? You're better off going somewhere else; it's overpriced and definitely not good quality.
