The last box I bought contained almost entirely date-based pastries. I hate those, and I find them very expensive.
What was the point of the shop insisting on calling me, only to tell me it wasn't their fault and wish me a good day instead of offering some kind of compensation to a frequent customer?
Furthermore, on several occasions I've been there, the opening hours haven't been respected.
16/04/2026: The perfect place to enjoy delicately flavored oriental pastries and indulge in gourmet food items. Our host was kind enough to offer us mint tea and share the recipe. Thank you!

23/05/2026: We came as a couple and left with our hearts full. The food was generous, the flavors were bold and rich—you can truly taste the love in every dish.
The atmosphere was welcoming and the decor transported us straight to Morocco. A complete change of scenery, in the warmth of delicious food.
An address we'll treasure. Thank you for this wonderful experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First, the decor instantly transports you to the heart of Marrakech, the waitress was very kind, and above all, the meal was absolutely delicious!

03/05/2026: This place is disreputable. The manager tried to impress me by boasting that he does combat sports and wouldn't hesitate to beat me to a pulp with one hand! Give me a break!
18/04/2026: Great place to relax and play billiards! The atmosphere is friendly, the staff is helpful, and the managers are welcoming. Definitely a nice spot to spend time with friends.

28/05/2026: Overall, the pizzas are good, the staff is friendly, but once again—and this is increasingly the case on Boulevard des États-Unis—the owner feels compelled to impose his religion on all the customers.
Don't even think about ordering a pizza with ham or pairing it with a glass of red wine; it's haram.
I miss my Moroccan pizza maker in Villeurbanne who used to say, "My religion forbids me from eating pork or drinking alcohol," but I don't have the right to impose my prohibitions on others. If only everyone were like that...
13/05/2026: My friends and I went to this wonderful pizzeria. Honestly, the service, quality, and prices were all very reasonable. I recommend this pizzeria to everyone. The presentation of the dishes and desserts was magnificent. It was really delicious, and above all, the staff was fantastic—very pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Everything is homemade.

16/04/2026: While in Lyon, I went to this restaurant. We were there as a family and ordered three main courses and a children's menu! The "mixed grill" was actually a meatball cooked in sauce. A tiny cutlet. A mini undercooked chicken skewer and an undercooked merguez sausage—that's the famous "mixed grill." The veal chop was a joke; I think it was sliced three times thin. It was all served with a small handful of cold fries, a minuscule handful of salad with a slice of tomato and an olive. The sea bream was undercooked. The children's menu arrived after we had finished our meals: a handful of fries thrown onto a plate with five nuggets thrown on top. The presentation was completely unprofessional, especially considering this used to be a kebab shop and now only serves food. For an à la carte restaurant, I think they're taking the mickey! €72.60—what a waste! You might as well go to McDonald's or get a kebab.
13/04/2026: What can I say… A disgrace to North African cuisine, shame on you for serving such expensive and disgusting dishes. I much prefer going to Mess, which truly respects the traditions and dishes of our countries. I have never been so disappointed by such a bland chorba, and as for the rest of the dishes, no comment. Avoid at all costs.

12/06/2024: This spot is next door to our hotel in Lyon. A bit unpretentious on the exterior, the interior is beautifully tiled and represents the style and culture of Algeria, the home country of the owner's wife and the kitchen workers.
The owner was our server. He was very attentive and helpful, speaking English to us to explain the many options. We shared the veal shank couscous, followed by creme brulee. The taste was authentic and plentiful. The total was pleasantly only 39.5E.
This is a restaurant you should not miss while in Lyon.
