17/04/2026: Our go-to student spot for the past 10 years, all roads lead to this grocery store, whether you're studying at Lyon 3 or strolling along the quays in Lyon 2. The aroma of freshly baked sandwiches and spritzes will make you forget about your GPS. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to all Lyon residents for a cozy afternoon snack or an evening with old friends.

15/08/2026: Very good. I had the chops, salad, and homemade fries—great! The downstairs dining area is air-conditioned, the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and they even offered tea. I recommend it.

20/04/2026: A wonderful lunch with friends at Petit Ogre! Refined French cuisine with subtle exotic spices! We received excellent service and the wine paired perfectly, all at a reasonable price, which was a nice bonus :)

26/06/2026: I absolutely loved Tipaza! An incredible private wedding reception, top-notch from start to finish: magnificent dishes, delicious couscous, shakshuka, and brik pastries! Right up to the dance floor at the end of the night, the atmosphere was truly superb, thanks to an attentive and very friendly team!

What makes the experience magical is their attention to detail: they are incredibly discreet while remaining cheerful, without ever being intrusive, from the head waiter to the entire team! A huge thank you to Axel, Chris the bartender, Maxence, Marie, Léane, Maria's team, and everyone else. From our arrival to our departure, you all contributed to creating a truly amazing atmosphere! I promise, I'll be back without hesitation!

17/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to come to this restaurant. The food is excellent. A very warm welcome, a family atmosphere, superb service, and the staff are incredibly attentive. Last night, Friday, we enjoyed the karaoke night 🎤, comfortably seated on the terrace, with a fantastic atmosphere 🎉. Another excellent time spent at La Maison du Grand Large! 20/07/2026: Had a delicious meal! Beautiful panoramic view from the terrace. The food was prepared quickly; we both chose a vegetarian dish which tasted incredibly good. More than ten different vegetables, prepared in different ways and truly a delight for the taste buds. Friendly owner, always ready to assist the guests.

19/08/2026: We were addressed informally by the waiter as soon as we arrived, which wasn't exactly pleasant. We ordered a truffle pizza, and the waiter offered us a truffle burrata as an extra. We accepted, but after checking with the kitchen, the extra wasn't available. He came back later to tell us they could add a truffle burrata for €9 or a regular burrata for €6. We chose the regular burrata. The pizza arrived with mozzarella, for an additional €6… We pointed this out, but the waiter admitted he'd made the mistake. He eventually offered us a discount for his error. We also ordered pasta, but Parmesan cheese wasn't even offered. The restaurant is nice, but the service honestly needs improvement.
