25/02/2026: We arrived on February 25th at 7 PM. An unfriendly man greeted us. I politely asked if we could change tables because it was cold and there were NO other tables available. This rude man sighed before replying, "If I have to turn on the heat, I have to turn it on everywhere," adding that all the other tables were taken. I noticed that this person didn't want to serve us, so we left the restaurant, which was already empty when we arrived, and went to the halal sushi place across the street, where the staff were much more friendly and helpful.

08/02/2026: Very disappointed. The service was extremely unpleasant and the food very mediocre. As for the atmosphere, it's anything but Moroccan. Avoid at all costs.

25/01/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. The homemade couscous is perfect, subtly spiced, the meat cooked to perfection, the grains delicate and light, and the vegetables and sauce are plentiful. All of this is served with generosity and a warm welcome. An experience I will definitely repeat. Thank you.

11/02/2026: Excellent place, the decor is lovely, the welcome very friendly, and the lunchtime set menu with couscous, drink, and tea is delicious! A real treat!

01/02/2026: The welcome was friendly, but the decor was disappointing. Admittedly, the terrace being under construction didn't help, but inside the atmosphere was far from welcoming. The music was too loud, adding nothing to the ambiance. The dining room resembled a large cafeteria, lacking any warm touches (screens, paintings, rugs, drapes, lighting...). What a shame! It felt empty and cold, offering no sense of escape. As for the food, we were fortunate to eat very well; the couscous and vegetables were excellent. However, the meat, served separately on a simple plate, had cooled down by the time we ate the couscous and vegetables, which had remained piping hot in the cooking pot. Why not put the pieces of meat in the hot dish at the same time?! There were only two tables in the dining room for dinner! The atmosphere was decidedly disappointing. I wish you every success with your patio project... I hope you can also enhance the interior décor to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, worthy of Moroccan cuisine! Best regards.

24/02/2026: A wonderful discovery in Pierrelaye! We dined at La Rose des Sables and sampled several tagines, all delicious and perfectly seasoned. The meat was tender, the cooking was expertly done, and the spices were well-balanced, with that authentic flavor that transports you. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the atmosphere pleasant. You can feel the care that goes into both the dishes and the customer experience. We will gladly return to explore the rest of the menu. A highly recommended spot for enjoying excellent tagines in the area!

27/01/2026: I bought an individual galette des rois for €4. What a disappointment! The galette was extremely dry, with a tiny amount of frangipane. Ultimately, it's essentially just poor-quality puff pastry, lacking any richness or moistness. The price is completely unjustified. At that price, the product is simply inedible.
