20/08/2024: It is a very good hotel the breakfast is ok with many choices except a few things which should be there for a 4 star hotel, it lacks a hammam or sauna or jacuzzi, the interior of the breakfast building does not is not very clean with lots of marks on the windows.. to see again..

04/01/2026: We spent one night at the hotel and had a reservation. The hotel room was far from five-star quality, and the heating didn't work properly. The toilet was leaking… the restaurant we had booked for 8 pm was full. We had to ask twice before someone acknowledged our reservation and prepared a table. Disappointing, except for the carpooling service.

17/01/2026: We are delighted to return every year at Christmas. The new management has brought about wonderful changes. The staff are incredibly attentive. Everything is clean and the location is ideal!

13/10/2025: First stay at this residence, quite disappointed with the location due to the aging apartments. Positive points: - Quiet and pleasant setting, in the Saumane golf course - Attractive Premium package (beds made, Wi-Fi and TV included, cleaning included) - Swimming pool still accessible in October (not tested) - Small attention upon arrival (bottle of wine and snacks) - Clean apartment - Comfortable bedding - Secure residence (code access, locked gate) Negative points: - Gym unavailable due to water damage (we could have been warned) - Vehicle essential, no shops in the residence - Unrenovated, aging apartments (bathroom radiator unhooked from the wall, no aerator at the sink, only one small stove in a 4-bedroom apartment and very dilapidated - replaced immediately by reception - leaky coffee machine, lack of kitchen utensils, bathroom light not working, very small fridge...) - Bakery delivery service only from 9 a.m. It's really It's time to renovate this residence and add to the apartments. I often rent from Lagrange Vacances, and the apartments are much better equipped. It's a shame because there's so much potential, but this residence will quickly deteriorate if nothing is done.

19/10/2024: A Tripadvisor : Si, sur votre page de départ, vous indiquer que ce restaurant est fermé mais que sur la page détails, vous indiquer qu'il ouvre dans 35 ' par exemple, c'est assez curieux. Surtout que ce restaurant semble fermé definitivement !!

01/09/2024: Le cadre à l extérieur peut encore passer, mais la qualité des chaises ou bancs est à revoir.Malgré la gentillesse du serveur, le service est abominable et très long: un invité a été servi 20min apres les autres ! Les digestifs ont été apportés avant les desserts ! Il a fallu redemander le café commandé en même temps que les digestifs. Il est vrai que la musique est beaucoup trop forte ,on ne s entendait pas parler. Quant à la qualité de la cuisine , rien d exceptionnel pour le prix pratiqué. CB

02/08/2024: Endroit très sympatique au rez de chaussée du Novotel Avignon nord.Installation rapide.un excellent steak tartare suivi d’un affogato vanille café ristretto de très bonne qualité.Service efficace.Ambiance brasserie.Un très grand parking.Nous recommandons et reviendrons très vite.

14/12/2025: We held my sister's wedding there a few years ago, I never had the chance to write a review, it was a fantastic place, truly a change of scenery, we felt like we were in Marrakech and the food was sensational.
