16/09/2024: Pour faire suite à votre réponse de mon avis mis sur Google, déjà pour vous informer sur nos plats étaient servis froids il aurait fallu en 1er que l'un de vos serveurs nous demande si tout allait bien en cours de repas et 2ème vous retourner les plats en cuisine pour encore attendre une heure pour être re-servis, Non MERCI. Une formation de vos serveurs serait un plus d'ailleurs nous ne sommes pas les seuls clients à vous faire remarquer ce qui cloche chez vous.

14/09/2024: Inadmissible et serveur irrespectueux ! Après 1h30 d’attente nous sommes enfin servi : j’indique au serveur que le steak à la sauce au poivre n’était pas assez cuit et que la sauce au poivre est inexistante. Le serveur me rigole au nez en me disant que c’est comme ça et que de toute façon il s’en fiche de mon avis car il ira récolter l’avis des 100 autres personnes dans la salle et que l’avis des autres clients sera très bon, et il part en rigolant très fort ! C’est un manque de respect total pour les clients. Il est inadmissible de rigoler quand un client fait une réflexion ! Si mon avis ne leur plaît pas, il n’y a pas de souci mais on s’excuse et on ne rigole pas au nez des clients. L’attitude de ce monsieur est tout bonnement inappropriée et inexcusable !

25/09/2024: With a pram and my partner with one leg in a cast, supposedly their elevator is broken even though it never worked, we couldn't go to eat because nothing is suitable for people with reduced mobility! Review your standards to respect people!

24/09/2024: 09/19 8 p.m. 8:30 p.m. ESP95 I have never seen this Being half insulted by the manager because I ask the simple question: when is my order ready? (after 40 minutes of waiting...) To end up having half of the order mixed up with another customer.. then an error in the order... Truly an incapable manager and overwhelmed by a drop of water; No hello, not friendly, dodging when called, no communication with customers, in short... Tell several customers: “It’s like that and not otherwise, don’t come back if you’re not happy, we don’t need people like you” We are far from the restaurant's motto! Coming from a manager it's still shameful... when will he leave? 1 star is already too much for this person. A complaint email is sent for this unacceptable behavior. Being in business I don't understand such an attitude. At this price, clearly, go opposite, you will have time to eat twice and without being insulted that you will not be served in this McDonald's. As long as this person is in office, I will not return to this McDonald's. And what about hygiene? Zero hair/beard nets, dirty floors, no soap in the toilets! 21/09/2024: Just stopped by with my companion for a batch of baguettes, we were served by a very helpful gentleman with glasses who gives pep to the team. This is rare these days!! He deserves a bonus just for his good humor!!!!!
