17/11/2025: Hello, first order placed for a 4 Seasons MEGA pizza at €23 delivered. What a disappointment! No taste whatsoever! The pizza arrived slightly lukewarm, and while it was a generous size because it was a MEGA, it didn't taste like a pizza at all, contrary to what other reviews have mentioned. The crust was thick (5 to 7 mm) and soggy, making it impossible to get crispy. The tomato sauce was "plain" and had an acidic bitterness (uncooked), and the mushrooms (at my request) looked like they came straight from a can. The ham was cheap and tasteless, and the black olives tasted just like good olives. The artichokes were fine, but let's leave them; they came from a can, and that's obvious for several reasons. I'm leaving a negative review because there's a real quality problem. Making pizzas like this is unacceptable. For comparison, at Chez Pépé, the champions of Neapolitan pizza, the world champion pizza is sold for €20 and offers a true culinary experience (I tried it a month ago). What I mean is that for €23, using quality ingredients would have been easy. They need to improve. In short, I won't be going back and I don't recommend it. It's a shame.

07/12/2024: Chilled with cold and wet to the skin, after attending the ceremony on November 11 in a cold rain, around 1:00 p.m., I pushed open the door of this establishment, with the words Brasserie and Café written on the front. , thinking of finding a little warmth and having a drink at the counter with its beautiful range of beers on tap. I didn't have time to take off my soaked jacket, as I was told that for a drink, it's outside. Outdoor terrace at 8°c...!, certainly under a small awning. I can understand, when there are people, not to go into detail. But a bit of hospitality never killed anyone, knowing that I was content with a standing place, even in a corner, but in a warm place. Distressing!!!

It started even before the birthday party when I received calls saying I hadn't paid the deposit, even though it was paid the day I received the invitations, but it wasn't noted... I had to justify myself by providing my bank statement. On the day itself, the staff was unpleasant, not a smile at all. They came to see me at 3 pm and told me, "Okay, you can go to lanes 9 and 10," without any politeness and in an irritated tone. The schedule was: 3 pm - 4 pm bowling, 4 pm - 4:30 pm cake, then 5:30 pm - 5:30 pm games. So, at 4:15 pm, the children were hungry, so I went to see the young woman at the bar with her colleague and asked what time we would get the cake. They told me we would get it at 5 pm because they didn't want the children going back to the games afterward and having to clean up their vomit. No, I don't know what this way of speaking is like... And they tell me Metz plans, but we do what we want... Not to mention the young man who goes to the children and tells them they'll have to pick up the balls and tidy up the room... We pay 21 euros per child, no entertainer to supervise them, a marble-style cake, but tiny, cut into 12 pieces. Luckily, there weren't more, because given how thin the slices were, it would have been complicated. Very disappointing experience. Rude, unpleasant staff. If you don't like working with children or in a "noisy" place, change jobs.

You can tell they're doing their best despite the staff shortage, and I sincerely thank the waitress for her friendliness and warm welcome. However, the organization clearly needs to be reviewed to ensure a better experience for both customers and staff.
