24/05/2026: For a busy Sunday, very good service, fast, ice cream and crepes of a good standard.

20/05/2026: Terrible welcome... there were nine of us and despite an initial agreement, the waiter changed his mind and spoke rudely to us. So we left. What will it be like in peak season?!

02/04/2026: I took the trouble to ask for well-cooked fries, and after a disapproving look and a comment like, "We know how to cook our fries," I ended up with mashed potatoes. And I was only 100 meters away! The "breaded jalapenos" weren't jalapenos at all, but marinated red peppers. It's disappointing.

11/05/2026: No comment... The waitress' first day was rough 😅 The service... which I would describe as... well, interesting... felt like the morning after a party for everyone. This 1-star rating doesn't take into account the quality of the food because after waiting over an hour for drinks (despite the cook's help with the waitstaff), we decided to leave. BIG ADVICE: Just a few steps away, there are plenty of other options 😊😇

19/05/2026: I've been coming regularly for 10 years, and it seems the menu has changed recently, both in terms of prices (higher) and portion sizes. Used to ice cream with more generous scoops than its competitors, I was disappointed to receive a small scoop, which I paid more for than usual. The waffles were strangely salty (perhaps a mistake) and soggy. Furthermore, they're no longer served with the strawberry-flavored candies they used to have. That prices have gone up, fine, inflation exists, but that portion sizes have decreased... I'm not entirely convinced. See: the photo shows the ice cream with the green spoon before, the pink one now.

02/05/2026: The ice cream and waffles are certainly good, but the paninis, burgers, and nuggets are really not great! A bad experience for a first time and for the price paid.

12/05/2026: I am aware that inflation puts everyone in difficulty but when I order for 10th I would like to get value for my money too. Modification of the opinion following your response: It was a taco - alone - tandoori ordered on Ubereat or Deliveroo which may explain the price since you probably had to apply the costs on it. On the other hand, you unfortunately no longer live up to your good reputation

30/12/2025: We tried the restaurant. Good value for money and excellent service. Be aware that the American Express logo is visible upon entry, but unfortunately they don't accept it. (Too bad)

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by a smiling, helpful team who were truly attentive to every detail. Their sense of service, combining professionalism and kindness, greatly contributed to making my stay pleasant and memorable. I sincerely thank the entire team for the quality of their welcome and for their attention to detail at every moment. I recommend this place without hesitation.
