18/02/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant!! I was captivated by the Trattoria atmosphere of Braséro, and the dishes lived up to expectations. As a huge fan of fresh pasta, I often make it at home and am therefore quite picky, but this was outstanding! I enjoyed delicious pasta all'ortolona, ​​and the conversation with the staff and the chef, especially about his Italian influences, left me with a wonderful memory :) I don't dine here often, but I will definitely be back and will certainly take your menu for inspiration if I ever open a Trattoria della Pasta. 16/02/2026: We loved Sisteron. A magnificent village with beautiful views. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming. A truly wonderful and enjoyable discovery. We had the pleasure of discovering a great restaurant where everything was perfect. Everything was homemade, and the daily menu was exquisite. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend it.
