11/07/2026: It was a definite choice when coming to Carnac; I booked the restaurant even before the activities. The setting is very pleasant, the waiters are classy, welcoming, smiling, and always have a kind word. As for the main point, the meal, frankly, this rating is well-deserved. It's absolutely delicious, the hamburger is amazing, the meat is excellent, and the crêpes and galettes are to die for. You can't miss "L'Auguste" when you come to Carnac, otherwise you shouldn't come at all!
Remember to book in advance.

20/08/2026: Really nice diner at Côté Cuisine, by Chefs Stéphane and Laetitia Cosnier : no "big wow", no fancy bluster, but a quiet and calm coherent delivery on each course, with consistence : everything is humble but with chiseled tastes : stoved foie gras on Coco de Paimpol beans and full bodied jus, or a smooth roasted peach with roquette ice cream.
There is defintely depth in savours. Humility and meaning. Product centered

14/06/2026: We went there yesterday, Saturday, June 13th, at lunchtime. The phone reception for the reservation was excellent. We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant, the dishes prepared by the Chef were exquisite, and the service was superb!
We were two couples of friends with gift vouchers, and we left the restaurant truly delighted and satisfied with the service provided by these professionals. The place is very pleasant and impeccably clean! We recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant and convivial experience! Thank you to "L'Auberge Restaurant Le Ratelier." Great welcome, great meal (special voucher type) but not cheapened as is often the case with meal vouchers!

03/05/2026: Perfect stay. This is a charming hotel with fantastic staff, especially David at the front desk and the restaurant team. We arrived with bicycles which we were able to keep just outside our room, no problem. Food and location could not have been better. 10/10.

30/07/2026: What a disappointment! The bakery's reopening was a disaster. I used to go every year before the fire, but unfortunately, I just went back, happy to be able to buy some kouign-amann by the slice, and left empty-handed because, frankly, they were barely presentable. The prices are exorbitant, the saleswoman isn't friendly, forgets half the orders, and isn't smiling. But really, the worst thing is the prices; I've never seen them so high. The bread is overcooked. And unfortunately, I won't be going back.

03/09/2026: Mixed feelings about this restaurant...
We ordered the andouillette sausage and the crab, two regional specialties. The andouillette wasn't anything special compared to the one at Stop Andouille (but the side dish was good and sophisticated, rather than just fries), and the crab was cooked unevenly, sometimes perfectly cooked, sometimes undercooked or overcooked.
The Breton-style tiramisu wasn't great, but the dessert of the day was exceptional.
The servers were friendly, the menu was original, and the atmosphere/decor and location were clean, making you want to linger.
We were offered a discount, a very nice gesture.
Actually, this restaurant reminds me of the "Au Bureau" restaurant chain.
Perfect for a pleasant meal, but perhaps not ideal if you're looking for a truly exceptional dish.
I would have preferred to give it 3.5 stars.
03/09/2026: Dinner with friends last Sunday.
What a disappointment!!! We've been regulars for years, being from the area... but we were unpleasantly surprised to find the food completely tasteless. But what's worse, out of the four of us who ordered mussels, three got food poisoning. We were extremely sick (vomiting and diarrhea) the following night. Luckily, we were given a small portion (barely half an individual pot for €17.50 a dish!!! 😱😱😱) Furthermore, the children's crepes were dry... It's as if they don't know what butter is, which is ridiculous for Bretons 🤔 For our part, we will never set foot in that place again. A tourist trap to avoid at all costs! We have serious doubts about the "homemade" food.
