05/03/2026: We came to lunch with colleagues today at the Tartine & Grill restaurant, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
During service, the owner spilled an entire dish on one of my colleagues' jeans. He apologized immediately and clearly stated that he would cover the cost of cleaning the garment. We understood that these kinds of accidents happen.
The problem arose later: when my colleague tried to renege on the promise of a refund for the cleaning, the owner's attitude completely changed. Instead of taking responsibility for what had been said, he became mocking and disrespectful.
Beyond the incident itself, what is most shocking is this lack of professionalism and consideration for customers. A simple gesture of goodwill or keeping his word would have been enough to avoid this unpleasant experience.
It's truly a shame, because this type of behavior gives the establishment a very bad image. We, for one, will not be returning.

I was only there for 30 minutes. The food wasn't fresh, and the dish was bland and tasteless. I'll be lucky if I don't get diarrhea.

20/02/2026: My fiancé and I spent Valentine's Day there last weekend, and it was the best restaurant experience of my life.
Everything was perfect! The atmosphere, the music, the service was quick and impeccable, the staff were so pleasant and smiling, very responsive and friendly.
The special Valentine's Day meal was delicious, and the presentation was just perfect! We will definitely be back and will certainly spend all our Valentine's Days there. They have set the bar so high! Kudos to the waitstaff and kitchen staff.

17/01/2026: The shrimp and scallop risotto was truly awful because the parmesan had gone bad. €19 for a dish ruined by the cheese and, above all, the owner's bad faith. The owner offered no compensation whatsoever. Two shrimp and two scallops were expensive. Avoid at all costs.

25/02/2026: I had booked a month and a half in advance, explaining it was for a marriage proposal. I had requested a secluded spot on the terrace and a bottle of non-alcoholic Champagne so I could toast with my partner, who has suffered three strokes. Upon arrival, there was no record of our reservation. We were simply seated on the terrace. Apparently, the supplier doesn't carry that type of drink, but I suspect it was simply overlooked, just like our reservation. The staff seemed far more preoccupied with chatting and laughing than attending to customers until I voiced my dissatisfaction. The meal ended without dessert, as you can imagine. We had come last year, and everything was perfect. After tonight, we will certainly never return to this restaurant.

17/02/2026: The woman taking the order was very unpleasant at 10:40 PM. I think she wanted to be home. Shameful, not satisfied at all. I do not recommend it. She was breathing into the microphone. It was 10:40 PM on February 17, 2026.
P.S. (They didn't have the triple cheeseburger, even though they do in Semécourt.) And I thought fast food was supposed to be fast; this is more like slow food.

30/09/2024: What's going on in the smoking games room! Exterior doors wide open! It was 5 degrees last Saturday! I didn't know you had to come in ski gear! A shame everyone was freezing, is this normal? It was our last time because it’s getting worse and worse, not to mention the cleanliness……
26/09/2024: You really need to put a display, don't tap on the machines, it ruins all the fun of playing with people who tap and break the machines right next to you. Otherwise we often come, the casino itself is really nice.

Waiting on arrival, to be served and to pay. Cold reception, table reserved for 2, squeezed between the other tables in the veranda, barely room to sit.
Unfriendly waitress, we left before dessert, the extremely noisy atmosphere was so unbearable.
The only positive point was that the couscous was good and plentiful.
I won't come back.

11/09/2024: table réservée à tout hasard car nous logions juste à l'hôtel à côté, et agréablement surpris de ce restaurant; le cadre, la gentillesse du personnel, le repas, tout était parfait (également pour le menu enfant/filet de sandre et sa garniture, mon petit fils n'en a fait qu'une bouchée). nous étions en terrasse, que du bonheur.
31/08/2024: Sublime, rien à ajouter. Accueil, amabilité, service, attente plus que correcte. Je recommande sans réserve cette table 👌

02/09/2024: Restaurant itself not particularly atmospheric in a shopping complex and quite dark, not particularly cozy. The owners are all the more likeable and the service is extremely friendly, and the crepes are also very tasty!
