29/05/2026: Oh my god... what a terrible discovery... coming from Dunkirk, the North, fresh fries, XXXL quantity, quality meat, friendly atmosphere, respect, good humor, family atmosphere, etc... well, here it's the complete opposite, and I'm even giving it one star because I have to, even zero is too much... and the woman, well, I'm not sure... haughty, arrogant, completely out of it, sweats like a cow pissing, cold as a cucumber, even a dead person is warmer, works without gloves, wipes her forehead... the worst chip shop in France... avoid it... I ran away!

The staff are extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They're always happy to chat with customers in a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and good cheer! I highly recommend this bakery!

18/08/2026: Passing by this morning, my husband and I ordered a €6.90 set menu, and he ordered a latte. To our surprise, we were charged extra. When we asked for an explanation, we were told point-blank that we were being ripped off. There was no indication at the time of ordering that there was an extra charge for milk, even though the cocoa and cappuccino were included in the set menu, and both require milk. I cannot accept such an unpleasant and unempathetic attitude from a franchise manager, especially one who allows himself to make such remarks. I would advise him to review the basics of sales, and above all, a smile and a little empathy wouldn't hurt. If I could give zero stars, I would.

22/08/2026: A disaster. We never get a single order without something being missing; most of the time we only realize it once we get home, so we get ripped off. And the few times we do realize it while we're there, it takes them 20 minutes to double-check everything and give us the missing item, which means our food is cold. On top of that, the staff are laughing amongst themselves, talking loudly, and chatting with their friends who are visiting... They're supposed to be at work, not at a bar, right? I'm absolutely fed up.

20/08/2026: Another incomplete order… the only thing I forgot to check is missing from my order (the small wrap)… and it happens every time I order, even when I eat in the restaurant, I always have to ask for something that's missing… the pickles also disappear from the cheese sandwiches…
