My husband and I go there regularly; we are often served by Sandrine, a very pleasant and always friendly saleswoman. We have never had any problems with the staff.

It's my little break in the day, and a real pleasure to come and have my meal at Le Poulaillon, a tradition I've had for over 20 years now 👌 We're always greeted with a smile, especially by Sandrine, who I find very professional and friendly 👍

The staff were very efficient, helpful, and incredibly kind. I went to pick up an online order; one item was missing, but the person gave me a replacement from their shop. Very professional! ☺️ Everything was delicious, both sweet and savory, and their passion fruit cake is EXCELLENT. My guests loved it.
