I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken, but the chicken had vanished, the fries were salty, and the mini wrap for my little girl was poorly made with practically no ingredients inside. My cup was dirty, and the toilets and premises were filthy. The only positive point was the kindness of the young woman who handed out gifts to the children. This isn't the first time I've complained.

Very good McDonald's overall, we were there very late in a minibus but were still allowed to order, the service was good, we were even able to eat on the terrace even though the restaurant was closed which was very kind of them.

26/03/2026: My husband and I go there regularly; we are often served by Sandrine, a very pleasant and always friendly saleswoman. We have never had any problems with the staff.
07/03/2026: It's my little break in the day, and a real pleasure to come and have my meal at Le Poulaillon, a tradition I've had for over 20 years now 👌 We're always greeted with a smile, especially by Sandrine, who I find very professional and friendly 👍
