20/02/2026: So, very disappointed with the welcome and the customer service. We were just passing through, but we regularly visit this region. This means we could have easily returned. We went to this establishment and asked for information about the Smart Menu. We had to call the waiter at least 10 times before he could answer our questions. When he was still unable to help, he sent a colleague over. This colleague, with a smirk, repeatedly told us we could go to Nevers, which is a good hour's drive away. Furthermore, she implied that this franchise didn't offer that type of product. We are, of course, regular customers; we even have a loyalty account. We know perfectly well that the Smart Menu includes a milkshake for dessert. Following this interaction, we were foolish and obedient and followed this woman's advice, who strongly suggested we go somewhere else. For the first time in 23 years, we decided to try a competitor. First of all, the staff were very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. They gave us excellent advice on their menu, so we also ordered a €5 set menu with a fantastic selection of ice cream for dessert. 19/01/2026: The atmosphere at this McDonald's is truly fantastic! I love the decor, modern and pleasant, and especially the famous sofa area that they've kept: everyone fights for that prime spot, and deservedly so! The staff is lovely, always smiling and very professional. The restaurant is impeccably clean, including the restrooms, which are always clean and well-maintained—a real plus. The food is prepared with care: the burgers really look like the McDonald's photos, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning! The ingredients are fresh, the sandwiches are well-made, and you can tell the difference. During each of my visits, there's never been anything I forgot, never a mistake in my order. I've been back several times, and I've consistently had the same excellent experience—and for a McDonald's, that's remarkable!
