21/11/2025: We went there as a group to eat couscous, which was delicious. The meat was very tender and the portion was very generous. The cheese platter was extensive, and the dessert was a treat. The prices were reasonable. The waiter was very helpful. We'll definitely go back.

02/12/2025: So, it's complicated, and that's putting it mildly, because their pizzas are very good, but that's about it. If you ask them to cut your pizza, there's a fifty-fifty chance they won't, and getting delivery is complicated too; they'll practically ask you to come to them, and if you say no, they'll deliver anyway. Plus, the delivery driver isn't even aware of the prices at the pizzeria they work for. 🤨

However, he only received a passing grade for shop layout and aesthetics and was soundly failed in the master's program for smile/friendliness.

20/02/2026: I came for the whole week for work reasons and I had a wonderful time.
13/12/2025: This week I had the pleasure of eating the most wonderful beef bourguignon.
The meat was deliciously tender, perfectly cooked, the potatoes and carrots were also delicious, and the sauce was perfect. I savored every bite. It was truly excellent. Bravo to the chef and the entire team, always smiling, pleasant, and very friendly, for the impeccable service.
Go to Maxime's without hesitation. It's truly the restaurant that will make your taste buds smile!

10/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place and first had a coffee late in the morning. Since the restaurant staff were so friendly, we decided to stay for dinner. A great find! The portion was very generous and hearty.
03/09/2025: Started our morning with coffee here, liked it and went back for lunch. Great little restaurant, excellent food. I had the meat on a hot stone, fabulous. The cheese plate for dessert was superb. Friendly staff, great location, highly recommended.

22/02/2026: The McDonald's sandwich machine has been out of order for two months, the ice cream machine is broken too, it must be too complicated to repair or replace... cold fries... and so on.
It's deplorable...
08/02/2026: Disappointed once again by the McDonald's in Decize... today it was click and collect, and as usual, items were missing from my online order, and even more things (sauces, desserts) were left out of the delivery. I'll have to check my bags in the parking lot before leaving now! Absolutely no service.

07/09/2024: The food was just ok. The service was really bad. While the waiter who took our order finally was ok, other staff were rude or just ignored you. It is always difficult to see others who arrived after you finishing their dessert while you are still awaiting your dirty entree plate to be taken away… But I observed poor service to others as well so didn’t take it personally.
07/09/2024: Repas moyen , pas d’amuse bouche avec l'apéritif pour un menu à 29€. Le site Web pourrait mentionner que le tarif du week-end est de 29 € et non 21,50 €.

14/03/2024: What to say !! The photo of the sheets speaks for itself. The sheets were not changed from the previous occupants. Disgusting, repulsive. And €53 per night for this service. And I'm not the only one complaining. You have to move on. We couldn't even talk to the owner about it because we had to leave the room keys in the mailbox the next day and it was 11:00!
