30/07/2026: Horrible! No other words. One star because I have to, otherwise it deserves zero. It's 1:00 PM: I went to the drive-thru today because I was in a bit of a hurry given the time (I'm coming from the doctor). There was only one other car and me, so no one else was there, I should point out. I placed my order, everything went smoothly. When I got to the first drive-thru window, I asked if I could add a Big Mac meal to my order. The woman said yes, so I told her that was very kind, otherwise, too bad for me. Except the meal I added wasn't the right one. So I was told to wait in the drive-thru waiting area and that it would be there. After a while, still nothing. So I decided to get out of my car and go to the drive-thru window. I should mention again, there was no one there. I managed, with some difficulty, to check my receipt on the McDonald's app since they don't give you a receipt if you don't remember to ask for it. He told me to go inside, which is starting to get on my nerves because the reason I go to the drive-thru is to get there quickly and not have to go inside. Plus, once I got inside, everyone was busy, which is fine, but everyone saw me and no one came to help me. So, back to square one, we waited again. Until finally, someone decided to call the manager, who, without any problem, remade the entire hot order because it was going to get cold anyway. And then, no apology whatsoever, which is almost expected. The service was terrible, not inviting at all; what they call "SBAME" (Smart, Smart, and Easy) needs improvement. Anyway, I left; it was 1:30 PM. For a fast-food restaurant, 30 minutes is a bit much. Furthermore, when I got home and opened my Big Mac, I don't know if you've changed staff, but perhaps you need some training on how to cook properly. Eating a burnt bun isn't very pleasant. When the young manager was there, it was very pleasant to go to McDonald's because he was kind, smiling, and welcoming. If we had a problem, he apologized and remade the order with a smile. Mistakes happen, there's no problem with that. Now, it's everything that makes me angry. I used to be a customer who ordered a lot through Deliveroo, and now that I'm going to the drive-thru like I am in a restaurant, you won't see me again. That's it. I prefer going to Wattrelos; they're much more pleasant and listen to orders properly.

16/08/2026: I bought a Too Good To Go voucher, information provided phone number, I called but no one answered, no one opened the door, the security guard saw me and turned his back, very bad service.

14/08/2026: A very bad experience at Flunch. The person at the reception was particularly unpleasant and condescending, with curt responses and frankly unprofessional behavior. She sighed frequently, seemed to be taking her sweet time, and clearly wasted customers' time, without showing the slightest desire to improve the situation. A very disappointing experience. (Service on August 14th, 11:50 am)
