19/03/2026: We came to eat at this place, I highly recommend it, the quality-price ratio is excellent, the decor is beautiful and the service is impeccable, the waitress had a lovely smile.

24/02/2026: We had lunch as a family at Bistro du Faubourg, located in the Faubourg de Cassel district near Bergues. The menu is both simple and varied enough to satisfy different tastes. We opted for a burger from the menu. Everything was exactly what you'd expect from this type of establishment: efficient, generous cuisine that meets bistro standards. The service was quick—which we particularly appreciated—even if it lacked a bit of enthusiasm. However, this didn't spoil the experience at all. We had a pleasant and convivial time as a family. Starter, main course, dessert: all served in under an hour, which, for us, was perfectly adequate. A simple and efficient place for an unpretentious meal in a relaxed setting.

19/02/2026: We ate there twice in one week, but each time there was no sauce, no ketchup, no mayonnaise. We had to ask for our meals and wait. The person was cleaning the doors instead of serving us, and the food arrived lukewarm. Very disappointed.
