I went at lunchtime, and the service was very good (the sandwiches were well-made without being overflowing, and nothing was forgotten). I appreciated the hostess Anniella offering samples of the sandwiches; I like this concept, which is quite rare in McDonald's. In addition, the restaurant offers lots of entertainment, like karaoke and children's workshops. One small point to note is the timer for the fries; they are often prepared too far in advance.

Great experience at the McDonald's in Bergues! The welcome is always warm, the team is friendly and very efficient, even when it's busy. Orders are prepared quickly, and everything is always hot and beautifully presented.
The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere for dining in, whether with family or friends. Special mention to the staff who remain professional and attentive to customers.

We ate there twice in one week, but each time there was no sauce, no ketchup, no mayonnaise. We had to ask for our meals and wait. The person was cleaning the doors instead of serving us, and the food arrived lukewarm. Very disappointed.

My son participated in the mask-making workshop for Carnival. He loved it, and the hostess was incredibly kind. We plan to come back soon for other activities!
In addition, snacks were provided, and the mothers received coffee upon arrival as well as a small drink during snack time.
