05/02/2026: Lunch today at the Fleur de Sel restaurant in Crépy-en-Valois… and what a wonderful discovery!
From the very first minutes, the charm takes hold. Nestled in magnificent 14th-century vaulted cellars, the setting is absolutely exceptional. The exposed stone walls, the spacious rooms, the hushed atmosphere… everything invites you to slow down and savor the moment. A truly timeless experience.
As for the cuisine, the promise is kept: high-quality, generous dishes, perfectly executed and showcasing beautiful ingredients. You can feel the care taken with every detail, both on the plate and in the presentation.
And what can I say about the welcome… A particularly friendly, attentive, and warm team, who fully contribute to the experience and make you want to return.
A gem of a place that I recommend without hesitation.

20/03/2026: The manager, or so-called manager, who was there on March 20th at 8:30 PM was a complete joke—disrespectful, arrogant, and with an attitude that made me want to throw up my food. Not to mention that his colleague, who was asked to clean the tables, handed us the cloths and told us to do it ourselves.

18/02/2026: I regularly come to Melting with my children, the burgers and meat are delicious, we have never been disappointed and the welcome is always warm.
03/01/2026: Expensive to pay for the mediocre quality of the food we ate!
The Melting has changed a lot since it opened; the first few months were great, but this year I've been disappointed twice. Dry food, inedible fries for the price we paid, frankly... I no longer recommend it at all, even though it used to be one of my favorite places.
That was my last order from there.

26/04/2024: Nous allons très souvent dans ce restaurant asiatique, midi ou soir, en couple ou en famille.
Nous ne sommes jamais déçus. Service, choix, qualité.
Certes, c’est industriel, mais c’est vraiment un très bon rapport qualité prix.
Les employés ne sont pas bavards, mais ils sont aimables et efficaces. On peut y passer le temps qu’on veut : déjeuner rapide ou dîner en prenant son temps.
