03/04/2024: That they didn’t get Michelin stars this year is a mystery. Yes, the cuisine is more than worth the detour. High level meal. Exceptional work around acidity, fresh and local products. Mastery of cooking, seasonings, textures. All this with attentive service, and in a room of an old inn which retains everything comforting while bringing a breath of freshness and modernity through the furniture, painting and decoration. The only downside is the wine list, which is a little short (yet heterogeneous, natural and classic wines); but I'm sure it will grow over the years. Go quickly; As for me, I sit there regularly.

29/03/2024: Delicate and perfectly executed cuisine from start to finish. The appetizer skillfully combines the crunch of radish with the acidity of verbena. The dish is off the beaten track with “crispy-meltful” veal – a real delight! In summary, an exceptional dining experience. THANKS !

04/04/2024: We had forgotten to note our reservation when we arrived this Easter Sunday, we did not have a table reserved, a little time of perplexity then despite everything we were very well received and quite quickly a table was set up for us, there were 5 of us. the menu at €39 was succulent, the generous plates, the staff: very good. Too bad it's a bit expensive, the setting, despite the rain, is very beautiful. I recommend this restaurant despite the price.
