18/05/2026: We arrived with a reservation for 8 adults and 4 children. The very friendly waiter warned us there would be a wait because, at 11:40 a.m., the cook still hadn't arrived. We told him that was no problem. At 12:10 p.m., a woman—the owner—arrived and said, "Oh, we've accepted you?" She then placed a pile of cutlery at the end of the table and told us to fend for ourselves. After waiting 30 minutes, they finally took our drinks and food orders. When the food arrived, my glass plate was broken into four pieces, with shards of glass in the food. The pizzas were inedible, with a mass-produced crust. We asked for coffee, which was refused. They even said, "You should thank us for giving you food," as if we had begged them.
