20/03/2024: A stone's throw from the St Martin canal, a good little restaurant like we would like to find many more in Paris: perfect service, pretty crockery, cloth napkins, exceptional cuisine using fresh quality produce cooked with love and tastefully prepared.
A treat… also for the eyes.
Add the warmth of the welcome from the owner and the chef and you have the Angelus of the canal. 👍🏽

05/04/2024: Unmissable experience if you’re ever in Paris! Cocktails are based on textures which are uncannily similar to their namesakes. We tried silky, limpid, oily and creamy and they were all delicious! Fantastic service too.

Came to eat quickly and well, we were quickly served so contract fulfilled.
Fair value for money for the starter/main course at €14.8.
In terms of cooking, the crispy beef was not bad, perhaps a little fatty.
Quite disappointed by the tartare, too much tomato and parmesan, we no longer feel the taste of beef. The fries weren't bad, and my neighbor's vegetarian lasagna wasn't bad either, but nothing incredible.
