24/03/2024: My favorite restaurant in the neighborhood! The staff is ADORABLE. The boss comes to talk to you and is full of little touches. We feel that it is an old neighborhood restaurant frequented by many regulars. The couscous and tagines are delicious (very hearty for the couscous), but French cuisine is also well mastered and changes every day. The lunch/evening menu, starter-main course or main course-dessert at €17 is well worth the price and is also available on weekends. The place is superb, you feel like you're back 100 years in time in an old Parisian bistro. A faultless

02/04/2024: Good, curious, cozy and delicious! Merciiiiii :) a lovely lady who cooks for you, serves you, invites you to a liqueur and some pasta also made by her. Highly recommended with a final detail included, super good value. Good, nice and cheap!!!

27/03/2024: The burgers are very good and cooked with fresh produce. The fries are also very good with a homemade sauce on the side. The homemade lemonade is excellent. Finally, the staff is very friendly and smiling. I recommend, if you have the opportunity to go there, don't hesitate!

03/04/2024: Just happened to walk by as we were walking along the St Martin Canal. Saw a friendly server and they had a table for 7 and took my family in. Had an absolutely amazing meal with friendly quick service. We had about 7 dishes and 3 desserts. Every dish was so delicious . Entire place was local Parisians. Loved it and highly recommend.

17/03/2024: This was a wonderful dining experience. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The service is second to none. We felt very welcome despite our struggle with the language. The proprietor spoke excellent English and made us feel like extended family. The food was excellent with many North African dishes to go along with some excellent traditional offerings we started with the escargot. Our teen had the cheddar burger, which was delicious). My wife had a traditional cous cous with beef and chicken and I had the duck confit. Both were perfect. The proprietor shared a little of his history and his love for cuisine and we finished off the meal with a kettle of freshly muddled mint tea. An overall excellent experience.

04/04/2024: We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, even coping with my very bad French! Breakfast was really nice with fresh orange juice, pastries and a great selection of breads and cheese. We had dinner one night and the lamb was really great. Also had drinks on another night and the negroni was really well made. Really liked the touches such as complimentary bottles of water in reception to take to the room or for the day - small things like this really help make a stay. Location was really convenient for line 7 on the metro and shops and other cafes/restaurants.

23/03/2024: The shop doesn't look like much but is clearly worth the trip for its cream-filled choux buns! We have tested almost all the flavors and it is a delight every time, year after year...Keep it up! 👍🏼

01/03/2024: The sprouts are good but the Matcha drink didn't taste like tea in any way. It was a light green sugary drink with no taste. Never again for me. ☹️

04/04/2024: I love this place, a real brasserie atmosphere with always a great welcome and service and in the kitchen, good products very well cooked. You have to reserve because the good addresses are often taken by storm!!!!
