31/07/2026: A wonderful discovery at Towa for lunch today. The team is very professional and attentive, as well as incredibly kind. The wines are a great selection, and their bread is crusty and has a delicious sourdough flavor. The lunchtime set menu is very good; we had a main course and dessert (hanger steak and chocolate crème brûlée with cardamom ice cream), and it was excellent. I highly recommend this gem!

23/08/2026: A high class restaurant with low prices. Everything is homemade, it is a box office success and is delicious. I had couscous with meat, and the wife had a meat dish. For dessert, also a homemade chocolate mousse, perfectly made. We are often in Paris and this is our new place to eat in that part of Paris. Thanks for a good meal.

30/07/2026: This place is wonderful. My wife and I had dinner here 27 years ago while visiting Paris and we just brought our children for lunch. Still as good today as it was back then!

30/07/2026: Although it's not far from our home, we'd never been before. The welcome was friendly and professional in a pleasant atmosphere. My friend and I were in a quiet spot. We tried the €22 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) at an unbeatable price and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was fresh, generous, and well-prepared. The à la carte dishes looked just as appealing. An excellent place, and we'll definitely be back.

24/08/2026: A warm welcome, attentive service, and excellent cuisine—all the ingredients are there to make this a neighborhood must-visit! Open seven days a week with very long hours, it caters to a diverse clientele, from breakfast to dinner. The new team seems motivated to continue the great work of their predecessors. I had a wonderful time.

08/09/2026: Excellent neighborhood restaurant. The pâté en croûte as a starter followed by the rib of beef as a main course delighted us. Impeccable service, I highly recommend it. Nice jazzy atmosphere inside. I'll be back.

18/07/2026: Good evening, I came for the World Cup semi-final, so it was packed and the atmosphere was great, which was cool. I ordered a pint of wheat beer, and they served me a pretty strong blonde (almost amber). I politely pointed this out to the waiter, who said, "It's definitely a wheat beer." I replied, "Well, it doesn't look like it!" He then said, "I agree," making it clear he wasn't going to refill my order or try to resolve the issue. I understand it's a big night and they're busy. But I know how to tell a light wheat beer from a strong one. Anyway, just being told, "We don't have any," would have made me choose something else, but the bartender's ego got the better of him. I left at halftime.

30/08/2026: Absolutely fantastic place! I had butternut squash gnocchi with gratinéed Comté cheese and celery yesterday, paired with a Lapsang Souchong tea – it was pure bliss. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was professional and friendly. The only slight downside is that it's a bit pricey, but that's typical of this area. I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: I'm a cyclist who happened to pass through the village. It was over 40 degrees today, and I saw that the inn was closed, but there was an open door to the side. I kindly asked if they had a bottle of water, but they politely replied that they were on a break. 🤐 Note that the area seems deserted, with few bars and fountains. Luckily, there was a fountain near the inn.

06/08/2026: My rating stems primarily from a major disappointment caused by a lack of information from the establishment. I had reserved a table for two for July 24th at 9:30 PM for my partner's birthday. I chose this restaurant because of its tasting menu option. To make the reservation, I called the establishment to ensure the tasting menu was suitable for someone who doesn't eat pork. Having received a positive response, I then reserved the table by phone for 9:30 PM, without any apparent problems or special instructions from the person I spoke to. On the day of dinner, we arrived five minutes late. By the time we were seated and received our menus, I noticed at 9:40 PM that it stated under the tasting menu that the order deadline was 9:30 PM. I immediately asked the waitress if it was still possible to order the tasting menu, and she told me no, it was too late. I completely understand that there's a cut-off time for ordering this type of menu; that's not the issue. What I don't understand is the lack of prior notice and information, especially since I could have been informed of this on several occasions: First, when I called to make a reservation and ask about the tasting menu, the person could have thought to let me know, given the time I requested (if I had known, I would have booked a table for 9:00 or 9:15 PM instead of 9:30 PM). Second, the information wasn't available anywhere on the website (I checked the day I went, before complaining to the waitress; I hope the information has since been added). And third, on the day of the dinner itself, I called in the morning to confirm our reservation. Having a menu with a cut-off time for orders, I think it would be wise to inform customers beforehand, especially if the reservation is right at the cut-off time… We stayed anyway, despite this inconvenience, as the food was good. However, we were surprised by the complete lack of any gesture of goodwill and, in general, the attitude of the staff, who, when we expressed our dissatisfaction, were more defensive than understanding. The chef didn't even bother to come and see us at the end of service. In short, I think the food is good, but there are things to improve regarding the information given to customers beforehand and the handling and compensation of this type of situation. We felt very disregarded as customers, and I find that really unfortunate; it doesn't make me want to come back, despite my regret at not being able to try the tasting menu.

29/07/2026: Delicious and reasonably priced for this type of service! We especially loved the "Mimosa Eggs" appetizer... We had a wonderful evening with my parents, my husband, and my 4-month-old baby!

02/09/2026: This is first and foremost a very serious beer bar. They also have a perfectly decent wine selection. You can also get a quick bite—cheese and/or charcuterie boards of good quality—or something more bistro-style, like burgers and fries or daily specials that change regularly. The kitchen is open all day. It can get a bit busy on weeknights. This is my go-to spot. The beer is excellent. The servers are very friendly, as are the other customers, and you can also get a meal. Whether you're waiting for a train or looking for shelter during a thunderstorm or a zombie apocalypse, I highly recommend it.

29/08/2026: Passing through Paris today on the advice of a nephew who lives there, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves with steak tartare, burgers, and homemade chocolate mousse. Nice selection of beers. And a very warm welcome. We almost adopted a tired-looking pigeon that happened to be passing by... (A pointless anecdote, just a little joke).
