17/09/2026: I wanted to eat something absolutely delicious on a free day during a group tour from Japan, so I booked a table at this restaurant, which was highly ranked on The Fork, through Google Maps. I visited alone. My body was exhausted from the grueling tour schedule, and I don't eat much to begin with. Even so, I wanted to try the Tasting Menu: 5 dishes by Chef's inspiration (97€)! I explained my current condition, and they kindly prepared a smaller portion for me! The first amuse-bouche... I was surprised the moment I tasted it! My tired stomach instantly felt relieved. The chef explained that it also served as a medicinal dish to prepare me for the meal, which made perfect sense. And everything was delicious! The tartare, with various sauces including wasabi, was visually stunning and had a delicate, delicious flavor. Next was foie gras ravioli, which apparently contained bonito broth and bergamot—an even greater surprise! A wonderful fusion of Japanese dashi and French cuisine... A blend of nostalgia and freshness... It was an incredibly delicious and moving experience! The fish dish was Moroccan, apparently they'd been there before. It had the aroma and deep flavor of various Middle Eastern spices, but it was mild and easy to eat. By the time we got to the Iberico pork, even though they'd made a small portion, I was full. I asked if the dessert was huge, and they said, "This is actually on the smaller side." It was basil and pineapple... I forget what it was called. They added a ginger sauce, which was a very novel combination for me. I took a bite, and... "What is this?!" It was incredibly refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. It was so delicious I could eat it forever. I finished it all. When I asked if I could take the baked goods home, they kindly provided them for me. After finishing the meal, my body felt completely refreshed. Most importantly, my stomach was very happy (lol). It was truly the best French cuisine!!! The hospitality from the chef and staff was superb. They even arranged an Uber for me, since I can barely speak English. And the chef even saw me off to my taxi when I left. I had the best time in Paris! Thank you so much!! Ah, I should have taken notes on the menu the chef explained.

23/08/2026: A high class restaurant with low prices. Everything is homemade, it is a box office success and is delicious. I had couscous with meat, and the wife had a meat dish. For dessert, also a homemade chocolate mousse, perfectly made. We are often in Paris and this is our new place to eat in that part of Paris. Thanks for a good meal.

08/10/2026: The owner should change careers! The Breton woman from Pontault-Combault isn't great; I felt like I was dining at Dana's tribe's house! No hard feelings though ☺️

07/10/2026: Absolutely fantastic!! They explained the dishes, which were made with local Breton products! I know some of them, suppliers from Quiberon, for example!! In short, delicious homemade food! We highly recommend it!!

11/09/2026: A highly recommended stop. We came to visit the castle and the experience was fantastic. We ate on the terrace with beautiful views of the castle, ordered the ribeye steak to share between two, and the meat was delicious and cooked to perfection. The €6 supplement to add dessert is totally worth it: we ordered the chocolate fondant and the cheese board, a great touch because they bring you the whole board and you can serve yourself as you like. The service was excellent; the waiter spoke English and we understood each other perfectly.

08/09/2026: Funny and humorous chef... Pleasant and very good cuisine. Go there, great atmosphere, everything is fantastic. 26/09/2026: Wonderful experience at Jouvence! We chose the menu and every dish was delicious. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was beautiful. We really loved it!

17/09/2026: I'm not very experienced with karaoke, but I had a fantastic birthday party there. The manager is super friendly, sings with everyone, and you get the feeling he's having just as good a time as everyone else, all in a very welcoming atmosphere. Affordable prices, karaoke available during the week. Absolutely top-notch!
