10/09/2024: Very pleasant little restaurant. We ate inside but a few tables were available outside. The welcome is very friendly as well as the whole team. The food is delicious. I chose grilled vegetables with mozzarella and parmesan and to finish a tiramisu.. We had a great time..

02/09/2024: Since the change of manager, nothing is going well! An atmosphere of death, fast service but with funeral faces, dishes that leave something to be desired, and a welcome that makes us think that we are disturbing them. you can barely ask them for a piece of edible bread.

04/11/2024: Anciens clients de la précédente équipe, nous sommes revenus dans ce restaurant où nous avions nos habitudes, nous aimions la gentillesse du personnel et la variété des plats. Misère, la cuisine n'a pas de saveurs, les plats sont indigents, ce n'est plus un restaurant chinois, mais un mélange de plats asiatiques. Nous n'avons pas réussi à caractériser la cuisine, pourtant nous connaissons bien la cuisine vietnamienne, et les différentes cuisines chinoises... Nous ne retrouvons en rien ce que nous aimions avant, et nous trouvons aucun intérêt aux nouvelles orientations culinaires de ce qui fût notre spot du quartier. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

02/10/2024: What a disappointment!!!!! Having been regulars at this hotel for years, our last stay, last weekend, was catastrophic. What a shame that the quality and service no longer match the standard of the hotel. A so-called high-end hotel but which is only so because of its exorbitant prices. When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t even find our reservation of 2 rooms. When they finally get their hands on our reservation, we arrive in the suite with terrace, it is 18 degrees in the room. It’s a shame that the heating was not turned on to properly welcome the customer. In fact the problem was simply that the heating was not working. We had to call reception 3 times to inform them of the problem. Intervention of a technician, after the 3rd call, which put us late for our evening: once left, the technician diagnosed that the heating valves were closed... he left believing that the heating was restored. We spend our evening. Back in our room, it is 18.5 degrees… A cold draft as if the windows were open. Temperature that we endured throughout the weekend, we left sick with sore throats and migraines. Remember to take thick pajamas with a hood!!!! Room service order placed: he called us back 30 minutes later to inform us that what we had ordered was no longer available. A quick tour of the hammam: it was cold. This was already the case during our last stay: apparently, despite months later, they did not have time to have it repaired! I will inform a lady from the staff: she comes back to find me telling me that she asked and that it was normal that it was not working. Go to the men!!! AMAZING!!!! I went back to my frozen “cold” room. And to finish in style when we left, the gentleman at reception apologized that we did not have heating in the room and that we were not able to enjoy our stay. He offers to offer us the drinks with our meal as a “commercial gesture”.... I burst out laughing!!!! 30€ drinks!!!! We told him to leave the drinks on the bill...it's shameful to even suggest that given what we had to put up with this weekend. We left with the guarantee of a return from the manager!!!! We are still waiting and the bill has indeed been collected in full. We will not go back there again!!!!!

01/10/2024: We spent 24 hours in this exceptional place where we felt pampered. The facilities are fantastic and the design very careful. The service largely met our expectations. All the staff took great care to make our experience unique. We celebrated my partner's birthday. We were surprised to find attention when we arrived in the room. Thank you for this time spent in your establishment, it was fabulous.

21/11/2024: A perfect dining experience! Le Polo offers refined French cuisine full of flavors. The beef bourguignon is divine, as is the homemade chocolate cake for dessert. The welcome is warm and the service impeccable. A pleasant setting, ideal for an evening with friends or lovers. An address not to be missed for lovers of good restaurants in the 16th!

11/11/2024: We were at a hotel with breakfast in Polo, we enjoyed it a lot, even when we went with my little daughter and asked for warm milk, everything was very nice and the service was very good. Recommended and we will definitely return.

27/11/2024: Extremely disappointed with our experience in this pseudo bar. Very very unpleasant staff (especially the Mr behind the counter who does it on purpose, I have the impression, to make the experience in this bar even more rotten)... In short, me and my girlfriend, we swore never again set foot again in this establishment. Avoid!

02/08/2024: Abusive prices during the Olympics. 17.5 for one beer and a glass (not a bottle) of sparkling water.

02/08/2024: Charging 10€ for a warm beer in a plastic cup served from a keg bought from Carrefour is really cheeky. Makes some money off the opportunity, sure. But 10€ a warm plastic cup beer? Urgh.

28/01/2025: What a disappointing culinary experience! There were three of us and we ordered 3 different dishes: - a carbonara pasta dish: arrived with uncooked pasta, which we were told was normal, it was "al dente", well, they went back to the kitchen to come back 1/4 later with the same cooking. - a Rossini-style beef dish with spinach: nothing to say about the tender and tasty beef! On the other hand, the spinach had fallen into the salt, awful! - a fish dish: impossible to tell if it was fish or not, without a pleasant flavor, just too spicy. We did not want to try the desserts and left disappointed given the prices charged by the establishment, really not at the level of an Italian restaurant worthy of the name.

27/01/2025: I couldn't stay for lunch because my guest had a problem on the road! On the other hand, when I wanted to pay for the bottle of water in cash, I was told to prefer the card, which I did! But I left my wallet on the counter and it disappeared! Very bad experience
