19/01/2024: When we think of the Grande Épicerie, we think of quality but this is quite the opposite!!
Totally mediocre cuisine.
Poor quality products and rancid taste on the chicken ravioli. Totally dry caramelized pork and hard Cantonese rice.
The caramelized chicken and noodles are just passable.
A neighborhood Asian caterer does ten times better.
07/01/2024: This was very tough to find. It’s on the first floor of the market and is called Tafa. They have a lunch menu but it’s significantly cheaper to do takeaway than dine in. The food wasn’t terrible but it’s not worth those dine in prices. I’m not sure I would recommend, but the servers were all really nice and helpful.

I can only comment on the food and not the atmosphere or service as I placed my order through Uber eats.
04/12/2023: 🌱 Some vegetarian options.
Small, discreet restaurant-grocery store, with barely a few tables to sit at, you feel a certain intimacy and pleasant calm. The service was friendly. The dishes are already prepared which allows for great speed. They are kept warm and are quite good. I do not recommend desserts except the macha cream, the others are not very consistent or too dry.

20/02/2024: The service was good and the server was pleasant. However, I agree with other reviews that the price was not worth the quality and taste of the food. The croque monsieur with caviar was small and bland. Despite this being one of the more expensive meals I paid for while visiting Paris, it was the one that disappointed me the most. I wish I had spent my money elsewhere.
