02/12/2025: I went to this restaurant for lunch and was really disappointed. I ordered a slice of savory tart with a side salad, and I found the price excessive for the quality served—we're talking about a slice of quiche and a green salad for €18.50! Even though the menu is simple, I expected a bit more in terms of taste… Perhaps I should have focused on the desserts. Furthermore, the restrooms were dirty, which is unacceptable. When I ordered my meal to go, I noticed once I got home that the salad was missing, even though I had barely touched it, which is really regrettable, especially considering the price I ended up paying for it. On the other hand, I have no complaints about the person who served me; everything was fine in that regard. In short, a disappointing experience that I wouldn't recommend.

11/10/2025: Good, but the service was very slow; it took over 25 minutes before anyone even asked us what we wanted. And the waitress was very unpleasant.

02/07/2026: Very disappointed with the service. As a loyal customer, I noticed there have been changes in the team. I was greeted by a white woman who seemed to be the manager—very cold, no smile, no communication… with new people who had no knowledge of baristas. I even saw a cockroach. In short, I won't be back. The atmosphere has changed. I've been coming every morning for four years for my coffee and to chat with two super nice young Black women, but they've apparently disappeared. Honestly, the team needs to be reviewed; you've lost a customer!

18/06/2026: I received a terrible experience at this Columbus location. I simply wanted to order a cold drink, and the cashier was very unpleasant and refused to serve me. Some of the milkshakes were unavailable, marked with a label that didn't cover all of them. I then asked her if the milkshakes on top were also unavailable, to which she replied, "Why are you talking to me like that?"... quite bizarre; there was nothing aggressive in my statement, even the people around me were surprised. I then asked her what I had said wrong, and she replied, "Very well, have a nice day," and left. I was rather shocked by this lack of professionalism and respect. They probably need to review the basics of customer service or perhaps find a different line of work.

14/02/2026: 😊 "Wow, I'm impressed! 😊 Not only are the products of exceptional quality, but the saleswoman is also a true connoisseur. She expertly guided me through the different options, explaining the origins and characteristics of each product. It's rare to find a caterer who combines quality and expertise so well. The antipasti are incredible, the cheeses are aged to perfection... In short, flawless! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it to all lovers of good Italian cuisine."

09/02/2026: While the food itself is quite good, the welcome and service leave much to be desired: all the employees constantly wear a grim expression and are barely friendly (and sometimes even polite). This Italian deli is a far cry from the dolce vita atmosphere! It's so simple to be welcoming, smiling, and kind... especially when you're in business!

24/07/2026: Pay attention to the contents of your orders! As a regular customer, I know they make their profit on small items (books, sauces). This happens repeatedly (at least half the time), so instructions have probably been given to the staff. Disappointing and disrespectful to customers.

21/07/2026: The McDonald's Passy restaurant is clean and welcoming. The only downsides are the incredibly long wait times during peak hours and holidays (which is normal), but this is much less understandable during school holidays. In any case, plan ahead if you're going. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and available to help with ordering at the kiosks, and the table service is good. No negative points.
