05/04/2024: It's delicious, it's delicious~ Koreans who come nearby, come here~👍🏻 (I can't count how many times I was full after coming to Paris just by looking at the Google ratings.) 1. First of all, is this a Vietnamese restaurant? Luxurious interior In Korea, there were many Vietnamese restaurants with a local atmosphere, but this one is more calm and upscale. 2. Thank you for your kind response. It was difficult to look at the menu, so I just posted 'this one plz' with photos of things I've eaten in Korea and reviews and the staff responded kindly. He also asked me if I wanted to share it with him, so he brought me a plate when the menu came out🩷 3. I ordered after looking at the picture so I don’t know the exact name of the food. - Fried food: crispy. Delicious. If I had known that it was wrapped in lettuce, I would have wrapped it and ate it deliciously, as I am a people of ssam. I thought it was lettuce that had been drained of its oil, so I just looked at it. AKABI - Rice noodles: I ate it without prejudice against cilantro, so it was good when I ate the soup. They also provided bean sprouts separately, so I dipped them in and ate them. The taste of delicious meat rice noodles in Korea - Meat + Noodles?: This meat tastes like ribs. It's good when dipped in sour sauce.

02/04/2024: The front reminds us that we are in the 16th, the welcome and the service are good. I took the lunch menu: €27.50 for a phó + caramel pork (served with rice). When you're used to eating Vietnamese (and not Thai) in the 13th or 10th, it's bound to hurt. When I heard the microwave go off, it killed me. I gave 3 stars because overall I had a good lunch and in the 16th there are not many other alternatives. I would have been much more severe in other conditions...

18/02/2024: The sashimi was relatively ok, but the ginger was not properly marinated this time. The whole sashimi used to be perfect once. What happened?

27/03/2024: Ordered veggie burger. I usually have bad experiences with vegetarian burgers in Paris but this turned out to be absolutely delicious - Didn’t expect it be so good! 10/10 recommended.

12/03/2024: A disaster, the two of us came to dinner on Saturday evening, both of us returning ill. Nothing to do with the Good I once knew, the back room is cold; The service remains friendly, but the establishment is to be avoided!

02/03/2024: Disappointing visit to this three-star restaurant, where the high prices predicted an exceptional culinary experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Being greeted by an almost empty establishment should have been our first clue. What followed only confirmed our apprehensions: a starter of ravioli served cold, despite a price of €30, was far from up to par. The main courses also failed to convince, although the fish was acceptable, we doubt it was really gilthead sea bream. The pinnacle of the experience was reached at the moment of addition. After paying by card, we discovered that an unordered dessert had been added to our bill, bringing the total to €310. Faced with our protest, the waiter chose a resolution that was unusual to say the least: he took a €10 note from his pocket to compensate us for the error. A surreal situation that left us perplexed. Ultimately, this restaurant has lost its splendor. Between mediocre dishes and service that leaves something to be desired, our experience was far from the standards expected of a starred establishment. We cannot recommend this restaurant, which seems to have forgotten the essence of quality and customer service

23/03/2024: What a disaster since the change of ownership!!! The quality has deteriorated significantly and the prices have soared! Not to mention the wait… what a shame!

22/03/2024: Expensive squid for a starter size. The pizza has few toppings, mostly dough... Few sauces and toppings. The edges are burned and this is a constant. You can be a little more generous on the toppings at the price of the pizza, it will satisfy more.

13/03/2024: I had a superb experience thanks to high quality chefs and exceptional recipes. The trainers are truly at the top, combining expertise and teaching in an impressive way. I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their culinary skills or simply have an enriching dining experience. A big congratulations and a thank you to the whole team!

11/03/2024: I highly recommend the “La Soirée Grande Cuisine” course: thank you to Chef Jérôme who was very educational, professional and friendly! We had a wonderful evening with him. 05/04/2024: - The smell on the terrace which is close to that of filth 🤢 - I order a summer salad and at no time does the waitress warn me that the quantities are enormous (knowing that I was all alone). I end up with a salad made up of 1kg of arugula (without exaggerating, plus I hate it in large doses) and a very small burrata with slices of cold eggplant which fight a duel (so not appetizing). All this for the modest sum of €18. Ultimately very disappointed with this restaurant. If I had known, I would have gone to get a sandwich at a bakery. Only positive point: Fast service.

03/04/2024: I'm sorry to post this review because I came for dinner with my son and had pizza. We were both sick all night. The next day I returned to the Madison to find out if they had had any complaints. I came across the manager “Farouk” who told me without beating around the bush after telling him that we had been sick: “that doesn’t surprise me, I had 100 slices of ham which was green thrown away.” Farouk had offered to reimburse my bill by transfer but after numerous reminders and almost a year, I never saw the color. 1) when someone promises me something, it would be nice to follow through 2) Farouk, very nice by the way, will surely remember this affair that I will not let go I'm waiting for feedback from management THANKS

29/03/2024: Nice location and setting - accommodating with tables. Service was polite and good. Ordered salmon tartar and nicoise which was good - others ordered seabass - the fish seemed very greasy and had a smell and french fries were soggy. Burger was also sub par - meat was ok but hard and bread was crumbly and seemed stale. To the credit of the restaurant they switched the fish plates. Overall ok experience - place has strong potential to be much better. In response to the owner - sorry if my description was not clear - yes salmon tartare was good - i was mentioning the seabass which was kindly switched. thank you

17/02/2024: A real leak scam!! We asked for the Sicilian antipasto from the slate at €38 for two people and he served us another one with some poor squid and not fresh sardines at €54. absolutely unacceptable!! And we tried to protest without success!!

13/12/2023: Beautiful and very very good Swiss bread which made it an enjoyable experience. However, the pain au chocolat disappointed me greatly: - little chocolate - poorly distributed - beautiful and voluminous puffs but too substantial compared to the dose of chocolate.
