30/03/2024: I have been a customer of Blend for 6 years and it has been several months since I ordered from them. What a disappointment when I received my West burger that I loved so much.. An untoasted bun, fatty and tasteless meat, no crushed pepper, I don't recognize my favorite burger. The design and the AD have evolved and unfortunately the quality has really dropped, I am very disappointed. It’s a place that I recommended to all my friends, now it’s over I will avoid it and that’s a shame 🙁

04/04/2024: We came for the fries, praised by Gaudry. No fries. Thin. We will have to come back. The dumplings were good and the portion generous. I wasn't convinced by the pear charlotte, which was very creamy.
23/03/2024: Foie gras was fantastic, also the langoustine salad and the mains. Very reasonably priced. Great service!

03/04/2024: Very bad experience. A not very warm welcome, a waitress who pushes consumption by strongly encouraging us to order foccacia. We finally ordered a cheese board, the quantity of which was served was ridiculous. When we asked for the weight of the bill... 45 grams (6 poor strips), I'll let you do the calculation on the price per kilo. Ashamed.

24/03/2024: Buy a raclette grill, a cheese kit, cold meats from Leclerc and make it at home! Except if you want to be surprised to see a mouse wandering around on the floor in the middle of the meal... Response from the waiter, a little embarrassed: we are in Paris! We came there for my partner's birthday but we probably won't try the experience again. Staff nonetheless friendly.
17/03/2024: Cheeses and meat was delicious, the wine was great as well, good knowledgeable service, explained me everything, would recommend 10/10, like my friend said, true French vibess

30/03/2024: The hotel is highly recommended and very good service. I would like to highlight the restaurant of the Inka hotel, one of the best places I have been, with homemade Peruvian food, incredible and at an affordable price. Delicious food. Miguel and Sara.

12/03/2024: While this is a new take on Choux pastries, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was a mix of macaron and Choux that I was indulging in. Perhaps it's due to its petite size, but it's incredibly convenient to eat, especially if you're not looking to indulge too much. I tried the Choux of the day, which had a delightful hint of pineapple and mango. It was tasty, although I found there to be a bit too much cream for my liking. My absolute favorite, however, was the Pomme Tatin. It was beautifully flavored and perfectly balanced. Well done!
