03/04/2024: Little Yak is a lovely tucked away restaurant near Centre Pompidou. This was my first experience trying Momos and I will be back to try more flavors. The traditional deserts were tasty and the staff very kind and attentive. The place was packed on a Sunday and the quality of the food indicates why. ☺️ What a pleasant surprise.

06/04/2024: Change of ownership a year ago. Place currently being beautified. I already frequented their other restaurant. This one is the same. The atmosphere of the team is of quality and courteous The tapas menu and dishes are chosen with quality dishes Great value for money If you are looking for a place where it is good for a coffee, aperitif, snack, lunch or dinner. So go for it!!!

04/04/2024: Visit for a beer and the restaurant's classic dessert, profiteroles. The dessert was generally good, good ingredients with the exception of the syrup which seems to be made from chocolate rather than chocolate itself.

29/03/2024: One of the most beautiful "republican palaces" in a neoclassical style. France has a history and heritage of which the French can be proud. If it is permissible to question the somewhat outdated magnificence of certain seats of authority, and to prefer the more modern, more sober and more functional dimension of other similar places, it remains necessary to establish a certain height in the representation. When I worked in the office of the Deputy Mayor in charge of City Policy and Solidarity Commitment, I notably organized a national volunteer day in the state rooms. In the presence of the large associative family, the beauty of the interiors contributed to the success of this day. At the Ministry of Health, a city within a city, where I moved a year later, the offices were more operational. At the end of my contract and my full commitment, having notably written a report on respect for the rights of users of the health system validated at the plenary assembly, I was offered the vacant position of secretary general of the National Conference of Health, advisory body. I was flattered when I was offered this job as a senior civil servant, but my status would then have been that of a somewhat precarious contract worker, the rule in the civil service being competitive status. My bosses suspected that I was considering this path and were not surprised by my polite refusal. After my accident and my recovery, I also received proposals, from the management of the National Fund for Solidarity and Autonomy and within a firm in Bercy but I wanted to go to the end of the line that I had set for myself and my objectives, which was perfectly understood and encouraged by my interlocutors. I knew that there was a possibility that I would not pass a specific competition but I assumed that then, in due course, I would apply for new jobs. In my field, where commitments can span a lifetime, it is not uncommon for certain blossoming to occur a little late, as a "late bloomer". My mentors have always encouraged me to work on the substance that “distinguishes meteoric careers from impactful careers in the long term”. It also took me time to reconnect with my fundamentals which matured and evolved after my accident. I spent almost a year in the hospital, mainly due to initial problems with the equipment. It is long and quite destabilizing, despite the visits, the great professionalism of the medical team and the bond between patients. It took me another year after my release to fully get back on my feet and find my bearings and projects, stimulated in particular by a newfound social life. I started a little too quickly down another path that I liked on paper but didn't really correspond to my aspirations. False start. I waited and later resumed at the dedicated Sciences-Po center, which supported me very favorably, the preparation of a competition that I had tried to see for the first time in 2015 before being interrupted. I wanted to go back and face the challenge and my possible fears. I ironed it twice. Three failures are not uncommon in this competition. The term failure is not really appropriate because it was a lot gained. Other small commitments have also occurred in recent years. From now on, I am preparing to keep my word and find a job that suits me, without regret and with the satisfaction of having given everything. Even if it is not completely in the mold, due to obvious cuts, I still have a nice CV and, coupled with work on preparing topics, current at this level to be able to advise well, I plan to find a mission soon.

28/03/2024: Was walking in the area and stumbled upon an open day where they had stands inside. The interior was beautiful

02/04/2024: The place is perfect and the staff is amazing. The guy who was there the first day was super friendly and gave us perfect dinning recommendations. And the lady who was the last day was very kind and she saved our train tickets giving us presice instrucions on how to get to the station on time by subway on a very heavy traffic day. We are deeply gratefull for that.

02/04/2024: the location is perfect, the value for money is absolutely not justified, suite no. 5 is disappointing, lack of light. The breakfast is disappointing, little choice and not of high quality (industrial ham for example)

05/04/2024: Even in Paris, we had never seen such unpleasant and haughty bartenders. 0 confidence in this bar. Edit: isn't it a bit easy to turn criticism against your customers? You should question the behavior of your employees, this will be much more constructive than accusing a customer who will never come back anyway.

05/04/2024: Very tasty sushi for a good price. The soup and salad were not included in the menu. They were of no added value. The waitress was very hurried and short, but she was very busy. We were served quickly and well.

Alina is a passionate person who reconciled me with the hairdresser and introduced me to the subtleties of coloring which strengthen the hair and illuminate it with shades as delicate as they are varied. A real rare gem that I highly recommend to all those who want to put an end to chemical products and take care of their hair with complete confidence

22/03/2024: I really like this Korean restaurant. The cuisine is authentic and tasty, the service is fast and the atmosphere is cozy. The place is quite small but if you come early there will be room. The waiter is very nice :) Thank you very much, I recommend with my eyes closed!

29/03/2024: Had my second visit to this shop in march 2024, while my first one was in 2021. Back then, because of the pandemics, I thought it was okay that I wouldn't be allowed to try any tea before buying it, but now it think it is a possibility that should be offered . Not only that, but i found the owner quite dismissive. I was barely given the time to even smell or check the leaves of the teas she put out, with great surprise of my friends to whom I had talked about that place with great excitement. However, i wouldn't have left this review if it wasn't that I am also dissatisfied by the tea I am drinking now. I have in facts purchased some Shui Xian which really didn't live up the expectations and can't compare to other Shui Xian I have purchased elsewhere, also in Europe. I am very sorry. On a side note, having bought tea in Hong Kong and China before many times, i grew accustomed to the practice of sitting at a teahouse and tasting teas that I'd later buy. We are talking about products that are usually quite expensive and an offer of 4g of tea over a purchase of usually 100 grams, is an investment that most tea houses there are willing to make. Not only that, but it helps building that necessary trust that makes me want to come back. I am even okay with the possibility offered by other tea shops in europe that make you pay for the tasting, if that was the case i would have probably tried this Shui Xian, paid for my tasting, didn't buy it, tried something else of my liking and come back with good tea and a positive experience instead of bitterness and disappointment.

27/03/2024: Quite a nice place although very small despite the mirrors at the back... The problem comes more from the service and especially the quality of the coffee. A double espresso ordered (with a lot of waiting) and in the end, a very bitter and above all very small coffee, barely an espresso. I think the staff doesn't know how to measure the coffee, or it's on purpose! And an exorbitant price for a small, undrinkable espresso! Passing through Paris, to escape!
