05/04/2024: I have never eaten such good beef bourguignon in my life, the sauce was excellent! My girlfriend had the beef fillet which was simply delicious, the meat melted on the palate and the mash was exquisite. I highly recommend

01/04/2024: My wife and I just got back from a week long trip in Europe and this is by far THE BEST food we had while over there. Service was impeccable and the food was out of this world. Do yourself a favor and get the Beef Bourguignon. It’s out of this world.

06/04/2024: The best: the ambiance of the little place, with small tables, close to each other. Full of tourists, but felt very French. The ravioli and the creme brulee were fine as well. However, I am always a bit sceptical when food arrives within 5 minutes (and this was the case for every meal around us as well). The microwave was working overhours, I believe. Furthermore, and this is why I would not return, the kitchen staff kept wiping their noses with their fingers and then continue preparing the food.

05/04/2024: Found it by chance on a little street behind our hotel but what a pleasant surprise!!! We started with some classic Vietnamese appetizers, one better than the other and then moved on to the first course which was truly delicious 🤤 it took us back to Vietnam for a moment!! even the desserts are in line with Vietnamese cuisine, which is not at all obvious nowadays where one loses one's identity to please the mass of tourists who always want the same old things... Well done, keep it up!!!

31/03/2024: We had the opportunity to spend a weekday evening in this unmissable place in Paris. A multi-story place where every room is beautiful and filled with history. This club is one of the most beautiful places I have had the chance to discover in Paris. The decor, the mystery of all these rooms across the floors, the very select appearance and above all the history of this place which has been frequented by the greatest personalities of the capital make it a unique place. I hope to have the opportunity to return there to spend more memorable evenings in the mystery and magic of Castel.

04/04/2024: I booked for two people, we did not receive confirmation by email I went to the restaurant. I see my reservation on the screen, everything is fine. So two days later, I go to a quiet restaurant, 12:30 p.m., I have a reservation for two people, I give my name. I am told no reservations. OK it can happen. 12:30 p.m., it's very quiet, there must be three tables occupied but I'm placed at the very back of the restaurant next to the coffee machine, almost behind the bar. So our meal was not very pleasant, we were disturbed by the coffee machine, the constant passage behind the bar, the most surprising thing at that time and when I asked for a second glass of wine I had to ask again three times to get it while I'm literally glued to the bar. In short, a great disappointment, it’s a shame because the meat is very good. I won't set foot there again.

28/03/2024: Good place to have à dinner, the quality of the food is quite good and the atmosphere is really nice like a good French bistro … however the waitress is really unpleasant and she looks like the only thing she want is to get rid of you as soon as possible … another problem are the prices a bit above the average

10/03/2024: I’m so glad we found this gem on our last day in Paris. By far the best meal we had during our visit to France. Every dish was delicious and beautifully represented. Service was impeccable start to finish. The attention to detail and making everyone feel welcome was clear. The restaurant is pretty, the atmosphere refined but also happy and relaxed. Wonderful meal, we will definitely be back when in Paris again.

Average service A downside about the bread: the first basket was excellent but the bread that was served to us afterwards was not the same, it had certainly been toasted because it was crunchy, in short, stale bread. Running out of bread could possibly happen but at this price level it would have been necessary for the manager to inform us and apologize. On the other hand, the 75ml bottle of Chateldon water charged at €9 (yes €9 for a bottle of water) seems to me to not care about the customer's head. I wonder if this is not a bet to show the stupidity of Parisians (of which I am one) ready to pay a crazy price for water. Would the boss allow such a practice in Puy de Dôme? I just had to look at the menu and check the price before ordering. If it is not illegal I find it malicious and I will never return to this restaurant for this reason. PS: the carafe of filtered water for €2.50 is not bad too…
