20/09/2024: A very nice bistro in the center of Aubagne. Good capacity outdoors, on the square. Beautiful retro interior decoration with superb verandas. Places upstairs too. The dishes offer very good quality/price. Jean-Claude (the boss) and his team provide a dynamic, pleasant service., attentive: professional. The pizzas are excellent! I gave it 4* for the "atmosphere", just that it's a little noisy when there are people. But it is the world that makes the noise...calls the noise. Deliveries and takeaways (pizzas) are also offered: with two ovens, they know how to deliver. You will have understood, it is our restaurant favorite in Aubagne.

19/09/2024: I am currently returning from the Restaurant le Florentin, I ordered pasta carbonara as described on the menu, it is tempting, it is written that it is also accompanied by an egg yolk so I let myself be tempted. Unfortunately I was VERY disappointed with the serving of my dish! I received SALT ravioli! I gave the dish the benefit of the doubt, telling myself that it might be because of the cheese on top, but no, the deeper you go into the dish, the saltier it gets! I have never eaten such a salty dish in my entire life so sorry but I am used to eating carb pasta but this one was anything but! The ravioli is bathed in a sauce of cheese and salt! When I ask the waitress for explanations she tells me that she will bring my dish back to the chef and that he will taste it. Yes and I didn't specify but the egg yolk is gone because it never landed on the plate... The nerve is at its peak, he arrives at the table telling me that the dish was not at all dirty, not even a little bit, so I'm sorry but it's very rude! They took back my dish which I obviously didn't finish and refuse any commercial gesture! So I ordered a dish that I couldn't finish because it was really too salty and no commercial gesture because I don't eat anything else... We asked the bill once if there was a way to have a commercial gesture on the dish because I was not able to eat it and the response was categorical. He took us down by saying that it was not not possible by making any kind of gesture and looking around so I'm sorry but I really don't recommend! And I really don't advise you to take the carbonara pasta, this dish should be removed from the menu. Small note: The waitress was very nice, she tried to help us as best she could but it wasn't her who made the decisions so thank you to her for the service

29/08/2024: Order at 7 p.m. for delivery at 8:15 p.m. So far, so good. 8:45 p.m. still not delivered. So I call. I was told that the delivery man left because he did not have my number. However, all information was taken during order taking. Following this, I am told that the delivery is starting again. 9 p.m., the delivery girl calls me and tells me she is there. Unfortunately, it was not at the right address. So by the time I got to the address, it was 9:15 p.m. when I was delivered. So already not great. Then it continues. Finally, when opening the dishes: - Cold pizza - Warm half-full goat's cheese salad. The salad at the bottom was cooked and shriveled. Anyway, here it is.

26/08/2024: Burger very tasteless and to place an order I had to wait 9 minutes, when I was answered in full sentence she put me back on hold so the order was rather unpleasant. I was hoping at least to wait for something really good, it looked great but not seasoned I'm disappointed except for the good homemade fries it seems to me. Great delivery

24/06/2024: Changement de propriétaire et grosse déception . J’ai choisi de fêter mon anniversaire au Tropicana dans un restaurant jadis très bon maintenant ça s’appel la petite plage et nous avons été très déçu . Les pizzas sont arrivées après 1 h d’attente presque froide et limite mangeable… Une pizza Findus est meilleure ! La salade niçoise j’en parle même pas , seul la viande été pas mauvaise avec un gratin dauphinois et une ratatouille qui rendait de l’eau et que j’ai même pas touché , le tout très mal présenté . Pour le dessert on a pris une peche Melba à 12€ sans pêche et avec des boules seulement à la fraise et une chantilly en bombe aérosol … Pas de seau à champagne ni de glaçons pour garder au frais les 2 bouteilles commandées . Je vais m’arrêter la , non l’addition fut elle salée …. Bref , fuyez !

31/05/2024: Cliente du vrai Tropicana, repris par "La petite plage" je s'avais bien que je devais m'attende à quelques changements, mais la cette expérience que je pourrai qualifier de Bérésina, fais que je n'y remettrai jamais plus les pieds! J'ai assisté et été victime par la force des choses à l'incompétence la plus totale, ayant réservé pour le 2° service, proposé à 13h30 je pouvais penser qu'une quelconque organisation gérerait cet état de fait, j'en ai déjà fait l'expérience dans d'autres restaurants, en fait le premier arrivé pouvait prétendre à la première table qui se libérerait, quand enfin cela fut fait après palabres et même conseil que si nous étions pas content nous pouvions partir, nous avons eu une table.....sans les chaises ! Tout le reste est à l'avenant, serveurs débordés, beaucoup trop de tables, j'en passe et des meilleures ! Ce qui fait que nous n'avions qu'une hâte.....partir ! Triste fête des mères ! Denise ANGLES

21/09/2024: Well for us, very good evening. Simple and pleasant service. We enjoy the fried squid with garlic and the Provençal stew with beef cheek, all on a lively terrace in a friendly alley!
