25/04/2026: I ordered a Corsican pizza to take away from "La Santa Maria," the best Italian restaurant in Valencia. It was a delight: excellent Corsican ingredients showcased beautifully on a generous and very tasty wood-fired pizza.

26/04/2026: I highly recommend this establishment, ideal for an evening with friends. We had a wonderful time there on a Saturday night. The service is quick, attentive, and always accompanied by a smile, making the experience particularly pleasant. The products are fresh and prepared on-site, a guarantee of quality. Special mention goes to the perfectly made cocktails, as well as the delicious and generous homemade desserts. The Neapolitan pizza is also a great success. The value for money is truly remarkable. If you're visiting Valencia, this is an address not to be missed.

05/04/2026: The pizza wasn't bad, but a glass of rosé would have helped me digest the bill of over 30 euros for a pizza, since I didn't get the bottle. I called you, but you claimed it was the delivery driver, which is fine, but it's not my problem as a customer. A simple gesture would have been enough to resolve the issue, so this isn't very customer-friendly.

20/03/2026: I called to reserve a table for 2, which was easily achievable, then I chose 2 options. The chef is helpful, pleasant, and smiling. The pizzas are good, nothing to complain about from me.
