It's about the shortcomings of your loyalty program; we never receive any benefits. It hasn't been working for several years now. We've come back and ordered several times, but never received any kind of compensation, like a drink or a dessert. However, don't change a thing about the quality; your pizzas are top-notch! 👍🏻

I called you, but you claimed it was the delivery driver, which is fine, but it's not my problem as a customer. A simple gesture would have been enough to resolve the issue, so this isn't very customer-friendly.

28/04/2026: Amazing pizzas, just like in Italy! A young couple has taken over the restaurant. The owner speaks Dutch. Top-notch staff, nice ambiance, and located in the charming city center. We went there for dinner two evenings in a row, with a nice bottle of wine. Highly recommended!
